I would highly recommend Lanaville Mechanical. Jeff responded quickly to repair our AC system after business hours. He had our system running in no time and his pricing was extremely fair. We will be using Lanaville Mechanical from now on.

After my longtime HVAC service technician retired. I needed somebody to do an inspection of my heating system.

When Jeff came over we unfortunately discovered that the heating system had had a serious failure and of course it was right at the beginning of the winter during his busy season,

Despite the failure of a cracked heat exchanger and the burners going, and the system being over 20 years old, that was probably never properly sized for the home, Jeff was able to come up with a plan to get us up and running with a new system as quickly as possible.

We reviewed the options of doing a replacement oil burning furnace, but ultimately decided to go with a ducted , heat pump and air conditioning system using the existing ductwork in the home, which, with the current fuel prices and trends will probably end up, saving a lot of money and energy costs.

The work came out fantastic, and I was very grateful for him being able to get this done despite having a very full schedule.

Jeff installed a mini-split system with five heads in my 100-year-old house. He was easy to communicate with, and did a thorough, tidy, and professional installation. He also brought in an electrical contractor to connect the system and upgrade our electrical panel, and they too were very friendly and professional. Overall, I'm really impressed with the attention to detail in the placement of the units and tidy routing of lines. He even came back to replace a panel on the condenser that got a tiny dent during shipping.

We had an emergency. Jeff squeezed us in thankfully! Great guy! Very knowledgeable, polite, and reasonable! He is definitely our go to HVac guy from now on!!

We lost our power and as a result our boiler died on Christmas morning. It was hard to get in touch with anyone to help but Jeff was incredibly responsive and was able to come out the next day. Jeff stayed in constant contact with us to keep us up to date on the part and repair status. The quality of his craftsmanship was evident and he takes great pride in the quality of his work.

Jeff would be the first person I call for any HVAC needs. He is professional, a good communicator, and highly skilled.

Professional treatment from beginning to end and at a very competitive price! Have used them several times and they remain our go to HVAC team!
