Jeff Daigle Plumbing Heating & Cooling LLC

I called Jeff Daigle Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling first thing this morning after we woke up to water on our basement floor. We noticed that the hot water heater was leaking. Our house is new construction and the hot water heater itself had essentially busted a seam (according to the inspection of amazing plumber, Noah)!

Jeff Daigle's office manager, Christine, had everything on file from the initial install of our hot water heater and not only checked to make sure the warranty was still valid, she also quickly got to work to locate a new hot water heater for us and let me know they would be here this afternoon to replace it.

I can't thank Jeff Daigle Plumbing & Heating enough for their prompt response. We are about to welcome our second baby (any day now) and the thought of not having hot water with a toddler and a newborn was less than ideal. THANK YOU, Noah and Christine for your prompt and professional response. We will definitely turn to you for any future plumbing needs!

My sump pump broke and I had quite a bit of water in my basement. I called them and they were able to come out within a couple hours and had the problem fixed and explained everything they did. Highly recommend!!!!

We had an appointment today that was potentially going to get rescheduled due to another house call that had a larger emergency than our leaking faucets. They were able to move things around and still make our appointment, for that we are eternally grateful as we had to put our larger dog who doesn't deal well with strangers in daycare. The technicians were very knowledgeable polite and patient. The job was done within the quoted range and in a timely manner. We will be using their plumbing services going forward. We had Mike come to the house to fix our water heater and he was professional, knowledgeable and fixed our issue! Will definitely be calling in the future.

Have to compliment Jeff Daigle Plumbing & Heating! My office had no water today, failed well pump. Called them and they had two technicians on site in less than an hour! It was really cold , we didn't t know where the pump was located....they were able to locate the well pump (buried under brick at the front stairs), worked so hard to expose the area and pull the well pump. The service manager also arrived on site. After they determined the type of well pump needed the service manager went to pick up the pump. Huge shout out to Dave, Steve and Derek for your hard work , professionalism and quick response!! Water back on..can't say enough about how happy our company is!!! Wonderful staff! Professional, trustworthy! We've had faucets and pipes replaced and use Jeff Daigle for our yearly plumbing and heating maintenance. Jeff Daigle and his crew have always been able to answer our questions, provide advice and fix our plumbing and heating issues. They are prompt, thorough and their workmanship and followup is impeccable! We are so pleased to have a local company we love and trust!

Im happy I have a Plumbing Heating and AC company I can trust and feel confident with. Jeff Daigle and employees have always been professional, knowledgeable and friendly to us. Most recently they have replaced our hot water heater, furnace motor, and kitchen faucet w/ soap pump. When the soap pump leaked they ordered a replacement for me and came back to install it. All of the work done has been exceptional. I also like that they have fair prices on parts and labor. They have a customer for life.

We had our water heater repaired by Jeff Daigle P&H. We were moving last summer and were on a tight schedule with when repairs needed to be done following our home inspection. They were prompt and courteous with responding and scheduling our service, and did an excellent job of getting the heater repaired even when a part wasn't immediately available. We will definitely be using them in the future.

Highly recommend Jeff Daigle plumbing & heating! I called yesterday and was able to get an appointment within a day. Dave was our technician and was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to correct the issue we had (leaking toilet seal). He was very thorough and was also able to use a camera to see if we had any other leaks beneath our toilet. He also went above and beyond and cleaned three of our drains that I had mentioned were draining slow, and fixed an overflow drain we had been having an issue with. Will definitely be using their services in the future!!

Everyone at Jeff Daigle Plumbing has been great to us! We have had our furnace serviced and central air worked on over the last year. The staff explains things well about what needs to be taken care of. I will definitely use them in the future.
