Great company. AC unit fan stopped working, called up the company and Pearce had is crew out next day given their busy schedule. Jon and Matt came out to do the fix and had it done quick and efficient. Definitely recommend them and will have them back for future maintenance and repairs.

The team did a great job diagnosing the issue with our AC system and was able to replace a few parts to get the air conditioning running... They also set expectations based on the age of our system and going to provide a budget quote for future system replacement when needed,,,

Pearce and Jon were great! Annual cleaning of my boiler. Punctual, professional, and knowledgeable! They showed me a few tips on how to restart the system if I ever run out of oil completely. Thoroughly checked my whole system and let me know what should be replaced next (my expansion tank is near end of life). They do gas and oil. Saving up for a new boiler at my other house and will of course use them for the install. They do it all! 6/5 stars. Highly recommend.

First time customer. Called at 7am on a Monday morning for a heating issue. By 8:30 Jonathan had arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem. He went to get the needed part and by 10am the job was completed. We were so pleased with the quick response, efficient diagnosis of the problem, and the completed repair. I look forward to working with Pearce and Jonathan in the future for our HVAC needs. Highly recommend.

AMAZING! I highly recommend East Coast Air. Pearce and his team went above and beyond to ensure that the ductless AC system they installed met my heating & cooling needs. My house presented challenges that required the team to visit my house regularly to identify and address the issue. Each text/call was met with a positive and friendly attitude. I never felt as if I was causing any trouble by reaching out. My concerns were heard, appointments were made quickly. I am very happy with the end result. I will have them back for annual checks!

When it came time for complete new install, East Coast was prompt, efficient and cleaned up as if they were never there.

Woke up to no heat. I received an alert that he'd be there by a certain time. He showed up and went right to work. He explained the process and couldn't have been more professional. He cleaned and repaired the system as promised. Can't even tell he was here, he left it spotless.
