Russ did a fanatic job on our Mitsubishi mini split system. He went above and beyond, giving us great advice and working around our complex schedule. One of the best contractors I have worked with! I would absolutely recommend NiBROC Heating & Cooling

Started using NiBROC oil a couple years ago and never looked back! I was having our previous oil supplier match their lower prices, then decided to switch. Online ordering is a plus, and they always deliver within 48hours. I wish they did propane delivery too!
I forgot to leave a check once, and instead of charging my credit card at a higher rate for the fill, the office called me (I wish I could remember her name because she's always fantastic) to let me know they could try again the next day. Customer service is always A+.

Russ installed some Mitsubishi mini split AC units in our house. Russ was great to work with from the beginning, he went through all the details and explained everything well so we could understand the full picture of what he was going to do, he even was asking questions about our future plans to make sure anything he did would not affect that (when installing and wiring the new units). At the time of installation, he brought a full team to get the job done quickly. They did a great job, the units look great and work very well!

Russ and his team installed a whole house AC system for the two floors of our uniquely structured 3200 sq foot home. All the contractors who bid the job suggested mini split systems since we didn't have duct work in place. The house is a beautiful home and we didn't want the "industrial' appearance of mini splits, we wanted a conventional system. Russ thoughtfully and cost effectively designed a system and he and his team did an incredible job installing all the duct work, floor vents and equipment. For five years, our house has constantly been comfortable and you never can even tell the AC is on. NIBROC also services our boiler and provides our heating oil. They are always there whenever anything needs taking care of. Just plain a great company to do business with.

I have been using Nibroc oil for a few years now, they have always had competitive prices and great customer service.

I can't say enough good about them. Our burner went down after hours they came right out and got us up and running and went above and beyond to give us a reasonable bill. Staff is always polite and friendly

We just had Mitsubishi Mini Splits put in the first floor of our home for AC. Russ was incredibly friendly, extremely Conscientious of our budget and the customer service is above and beyond!

The equipment and installation are both Completely beyond our expectations, we are very happy with the improvement to our home . I would recommend Nibroc to anyone looking for HVAC Services.

I have used NiBROC Heating & Cooling for many years. Russ and his crew are professional, reliable, and do great work. I would recommend them for all your HVAC and oil delivery needs.

Earlier this summer I had Russ come in to view a renovation project in my home. Part of this renovation was to install heat on its own zone. Around the same time my water heater needed to be replaced. I decided to have a new water heater installed working off the furnace. Russ quoted the job and Mike did the installation. During the water heater installation they also prepped the furnace for the new zone. The installation was nice and neat, though Mike did leave behind a mess (pieces of wire, cut pipes, an old valve… etc), I wasn’t too worried, as I would make sure they cleaned up when they install the heating.
When it came time to schedule them to start running the heat pipe for the renovation… I was told they are booking 10 days out and then I’d have to wait for rain…. Ahhhh what? According to April, they are very busy working on air conditioning systems. Hey, I understand, it’s been a very hot summer, but part of this renovation is the main bathroom for the house… my bathroom. I called several times over the next 2 weeks trying to get a date for installation to no avail. April just kept saying she talked with Russ, asking him to call me. Nothing. So here I am with a toilet behind a sheet (thank goodness for at least this) and NO shower in this summer heat. My renovation has been at a dead standstill for 4 weeks while I scramble to find another contractor to quote, then it will be another 3-5 weeks waiting for them to be able to schedule me in.
I’ve been a Nibroc customer for several years, I’m not just someone who found them on the internet. Where is the customer loyalty? If Russ didn’t want the job he should have just said so.
