The whole team is amazing and quick to respond. I had never used them but they treated me as if I had used them for years. Mike came out the day after I called to see what was going on. My 30 yr old system needed to be replaced. It took 2 weeks to get everything in order, but Mike made sure I had hot water until they could replace my burner. I look forward to using them in the future. I would highly recommend them! Truly amazing company.

Diamond was extremely quick and responsive to our heating issues. They fixed the issue and we are warm again. Would recommend them to anyone having issues with their heating or cooling.

We had the pleasure of meeting Mike and the Diamond Mechanical crew early last summer and contracted them to Install a new Mitsubishi Mini Split system for us. When Mike came to install the new system, he made himself available to also move our connection for the propane that feeds the house and moved our power vent for our boiler to a new location. This was all needed in a relatively short time so that we could meet code for the structural changes we were making. Now after roughly 9 months, two days ago that same boiler started pouring out onto the utility room floor and yesterday the Diamond Mechanical team showed up and repaired the issue. So in less than 24 hours later we were back to business as usual. Mike and his "Mechanics" have been very responsive and done a great job for us. I would highly recommend Diamond Mechanical to anyone for their HVAC needs.

Zero stars!!!!! Our furnace worked fine before they came to clean it and now it doesn’t fire at all!!!! Took panel off to find nasty dirty filter and dirty everything so we didn’t even get the service we paid for on top of it now not working. While here they covered my dryer in dirt and when my husband asked if they were going to clean up after themselves the young man grabbed spray and wash off my shelf of laundry supplies and spread it around. My husband called about it not working now and they said they noted it didn’t work before they cleaned it and that’s just an out n out lie as well as charging for cleaning it clearly never received. We were given no copy of this “note” nor any paperwork or receipt. Beyond bad business to lie about doing the job you were paid for and then to lie and say it didn’t work prior is just shameful! Next steps is calling the BBB since your company wasn’t only unprofessional to start but even less than when made aware of the problem you lied instead of rectifying it!

What can I say, Mike and his team are awesome! Prompt, professional, knowledgeable and clean up their mess throughout the install (who doesn’t live that). We own an older home so removing the old system and installing the new boiler and bringing another zone up to the second floor was no easy task but they did it and did it well. Jose asked me for my input and was open to suggestions on how to disguise the feed and return lines to the second floor as they could not go through an interior wall. My concern was to not throw off the integrity and character of the home and we could not be happier with the results. Not to mention we are all super toasty and have a more efficient product and thermostats throughout that link to our phones! We can control the temp even when we are not home, that’s an added bonus I was not expecting. If you are looking for a reliable local HVAC contractor that is knowledgeable and professional we suggest Mike and his team. We are happy to have them back to service our central air system in the spring and provide an annual maintenance contract. Give them a call you will not be disappointed! Thanks again guys!

Great customer service! My furnace died on a Thursday and I had a new one on Monday. Mike answered my message right away when the furnace died at 830 at night. They came out the next day to look at it. All of the techs were very knowledgeable, polite and professional.!! I highly recommend them!

As a homeowner and single Mom it is rare to find companies that you can trust. I found Mike a few years ago and have come to trust him and all the services he provides. I recall about 5 years ago when I was still renting we woke up in a home with no heat. Unable to locate my landlord at the time I called on Mike for support. Not only did he arrive in what seemed a matter of minutes he fixed the problem and was not worried about the cost. His goal was to fix the problem and have us taken care of. I will continue to refer not only my friends but my clients as well. At the end of the day I know Mike will always do what is best.
