Silver State was a great company to work with. They called me back as soon as they opened and got me in right away. Mike and Matt were very knowledgeable, efficient and very easy to work with. They fixed my water issue very quickly. I will be using them for repairs in the future.

I cannot thank the technicians (Mike & his brother) enough for not only fixing my leak but for the professional manner in which they worked. Both took their job seriously and were focused on finding the issue and solving it asap. I felt like they knew what they were doing and they dove in with such determination. They treated my home with respect. I will definitely use them again.

Matt and Mike were the best. Conscientious, courteous, and helpful. They cleaned up after themselves, with a little left for me to do. I highly recommend them.

Today I had a different problem. Mike and Matt to the rescue again. As I said earlier, this team is the best.

Mike and Matt arrived during the assigned window and were friendly and polite. We had a secondary water issue pop up earlier that day that was the city’s issue but they both rolled with how to turn the water off to the house while the turn off valve was covered in almost 2’ of water.
Both were knowledgeable and helpful in resolving the outdoor faucet leak before the freezing weather rolled in.

Our clean out drain was backed up & leaking sewage. Lionel arrived on time, cleared the blockage & spent extra time ensuring the drain was working. I highly recommend Lionel & Silver State Plumbing for any of your needs!

Mike and Matt came out to my home and corrected a plumbing problem with my washing machine connection. They were on time and quickly solved the problem with my pipes needing more insulation to prevent freezing up. I would call them back any time.

Used silver state last year, 2021. At first everything was amazing. About 8-10 months. Unfortunately the system they completely replaced has began failing. They have sent multiple employees out to attempt to fix it if which none were the original plumbers. I asked directly for the same people that did the replacement but have had no luck. Called another company out and they’re saying the system was installed incorrectly and once again needs to be replaced. For the cost associated with this replacement I feel overwhelmed. The worst part on this is the customer service. Long waits to get ahold of anyone. When I finally reach someone they have no idea what is going on. Very disappointed.

I called silver state for a water leak causing damage in my home. Mike and Matt were timely, professional, and honest. I felt very comfortable having them in my home during a crisis. 100% recommend.
