RHP installed a new water heater in our home. They made the process seamless from start to finish. We found RHP to be professional and very responsive to our needs. They went above and beyond to take care of us. Adam was wonderful as well as all of their technicians. Would definitely recommend for any project!

From initial quote and explanation and installation everything was perfect. Adam, Joe and Kenny were all professional and knowledgeable.

I used RHP Mechanical through Costco when I was searching to buy/install a new furnace after my 400 year-old one decided to take a powder. James came in to do an evaluation and he was great. Unlike some other companies, he did not attempt to up-sell or throw all these bells and whistles at me. He gave me a fair price and quote very quickly, and answered all of my questions. The crew was quick, efficient, polite, and got the job done. Their warranty stuff is pretty industry standard, but I was very satisfied with their work. If you are a Costco member, definitely look them up.

You guys have a great company. During a water heater replacement which I was privileged to watch, your employs were very professional, cared about our needs and stayed on the job, even working after hours to complete it so that we would have hot water and not have to have them come back another day.
They were true craftsman, excellent work ethics and etc.
I have dealt with RHP off and on for many years and have always experienced there concerns for our needs as well as there doing excellent work.

2021 - I have an update on this business. First they resolved the issue reported in 2020. And since then they have been great. They respond to my calls and questions, and have saved us from a hot horrible summer!

2020 - Called for service exchanged txtd photos and information with a tech, and was quoted a price to check the warehouse for the part. Agreed to pay. The employee then said he could not come out for the repair until Sunday. We agreed to any additional labor charges. Called and txtd attempting to confirm if he found the part all day Saturday but received no response. Called today, Sunday, and was told that sorry calls Sunday at 6 am (after our calls made long before that) already filled today's schedule. Provided no information on how to schedule service or get help.

Andy and Mike did an excellent job with a complex install on a hot day. They both were professional, personable, engineered improvements to the AC system and worked very well together. When they discovered a fault with the main unit they immediately decided to call for another new unit rather than to try a quick”fix”.

I recommend RHP and their work.

Incredibly professional, didn’t waste anytime to rack up their hourly rate meter. Called last night because my dog chewed thru wiring outside and the gentleman on the phone ended up contacting another technician that was closer to save time and money. 10/10 would recommend their business to anyone. Very appreciative of this company. Well worth the weekend rate.

They just installed a new furnace and some new duct work in the mountains. The team works well together, are very efficient, and did a beautiful job on time and on budget. They are tolerant of me asking question after question about a new system and are diligent in getting me the answers. They have earned the respect of local inspectors. Mike and Joey (and Marco from Action Electric) did a great job. The replacement of a furnace and installation of new air conditioning took two days. The work area was cleaned up after each day and the installation looks nice and clean. More importantly the heater works and the air conditioner cools the house. Good job guys!
