Great customer service, didn’t try to price gauge us and came to the rescue with a long term solution. They really took the guess work out of the process and an honestly glad that I called them. I was nervous because it was after hours, but they had someone out within 48minutes of me hanging up my phone.

The service definitely exceeded my expectations. I was so afraid my customers would have to me burning up in my store but Thanks to these amazing people I was able to get emergency cooling at the right time. I’ll be using United Rentals anytime I need extra equipment for my company. Fastest and most reliable rentals I’ve found.

Needed temporary a/c because it was blazing hot and the unit in my business went out. Spoke to them and within 1 hour they had the unit up and running and things were cooling off. I would recommend them to anyone.
