I have been in the engineering field for nearly ten years and have not come across a better company to deal with for the hvac, boilers, chillers, water heaters and any other related mechanical items. Their response time and service is impeccable. They have answers and have fixed anything I’ve had an issue with for the last 3 years of being contracted with them. There is not another company I will work as long as I am in this field. Thank you to John T., Zack, Steve, Mario, John, Bonnie, and the rest of the crew that continues to give me the greatest service.

LMS took care of our HVAC and chilled water system for a Blow Molding Manufacturing plant. They are extremely responsive with fantastic communication. They stand behind the work they do. Jon T., our first point of contact, was always easy to get a hold of, even responding after business hours.

As a subcontractor working in the mechanical industry I rely on our suppler to get us the best price and with minimal lead times. With LMS the provide quality with their product excellent communication with lead times and shipping. I enjoy working with the LMS team.

I have worked at LMS for 18 years. I started as a technician and now I am the service sales team leader. Everyday is a privilege to work for such amazing people (Tom and John) and with an incredible team of associates all dedicated to living our core values and serving our clients everyday.

Our Company has been using Lawyer Mechanical Service for over 15 years, if that doesn't say enough, I don't know what will. They are professional in everything they do and give probably the best service you're going to find in the valley. Anytime a problem arises, they respond and schedule quickly.

Very pleasant experience in dealing with LMS. They worked around my work schedule during this unsettling time of COVID-19 and they kept me informed of changes to the schedule. Can’t rave enough about the service I’ve been provided by the LMS team. After being involved with another company that basically left me high & dry with a complex controls issue on a chiller system, I was lucky enough to happen on LMS who was able to come up with a solution even though some equipment was proprietary to company prior.
