Yesterday evening we had a part seize up on our HVAC system. King Cooling had a professional (Eddie) here first thing in the morning. The service was very professional and I highly recommend them.

Absolutely awesome team with top notch service. They quickly installed a new swamp cooler and heater for our commercial building. And recently, installed a new AC unit for our residence...same day! Great prices and quality systems. Moreso, they are so responsive and their team is fantastic. We've had the pleasure to work with Jesse, Alan, Phil, Ryan, Eddie and Mario over the past few years. They are reliable, professional and we know we can count on them to do the job right. Highly recommend!

I recently signed a lease for a new restaurant space, the walk in refrigerator was not working when I signed the lease and didn't have a clue to what was wrong with it.
When I had a different a company diagnose it they told me I would need to replace the evaporator coil and condenser coil and who knows what else...i don't really understand refrigeration, but basically replace all but the base. I also had a sandwich refrigerated prep table that I was told to toss out and start looking for a new one, it would cost more to repair than to buy one. Second bid...I was told since the unit did not have refrigerant, they would have to go searching for a leak that can take up to 8 hours!
I happen to see the King Cooling and Heating van while driving, and decided to give them a call. I am so happy I did! Its so refreshing to find honest people. Alan not only repaired the leaks in the walk in refrigerator, which did not take 8 hours! (Also: SURPRISE! no need to replace the coils, they work just fine) but also got the sandwich prep table to work!
As a new business owner (for ANY biz owner) this equipment is expensive to replace and Alan not only repaired it for a fair price, he advised on how to get a longer life on these appliances. I cannot recommend this company enough!!!!

Their were great, on time and overall did a great job.

Alan with King Cooling was recommended by a neighbor. They replaced a 3.5 ton condenser and beat the price I received from two other companies. Work was done fast, cleanly, and Alan was very friendly. He even helped me setup my Nest thermostat and replaced some base wires on the AC blower. He went above and beyond - will use them again!

BEST HVAC company in town...King Cooling and Heating came out the same day and fixed my AC within 30 minutes!!! My AC has been blowing hot air for almost eleven days. I called my warranty company who sent out an AC company that was deceitful and frankly the technician made me feel uncomfortable. Fast forward 10 minutes after that company left my home, without my business. I called King Cooling and Heating at 12:30 pm. The owner called me back directly and said he could get a technician out within 2 hours. They arrived at 2:00 pm and my AC was fixed at 2:30 pm!!! Ivan and Job were both respectful and honest. They took the time to show me what was wrong, explain how they were going to fix it, and showed me the work after the repair. Ivan showed me the pressure gauge after the refrigerant was replaced to ensure me the there was no more leaking. The owner took the time to follow up with me after the repair to ensure I was satisfied. I am 100% satisfied! Thank you Jesse, Ivan and Job for your quick assessment and repair. We are cool again!

Had my AC unit take a dive in August of this year. Called this company and they were fixing my unit within an hour. I expected to get the typical up sell on the replacement and/or repair and what I received was honesty and the job done correctly the first time. My unit was back blowing cold within 2 hours of my initial phone call and for a fraction of what I anticipated spending. If A/C unit companies could give themselves awards and hold banquets in their own honor, this company would be the KING of awards banquets! Thanks for the straight forward honest work!

P.S. They are now working on my heating unit for the first freeze of the season. Getting things done and for a very fair price!
