Ramon the technician was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He confirmed everything I'd suspected with my heater. The fan motor was not working. The first thing he did we confirm that the heating element was working. Then he check the fan motor. It final died after 30 years of service. He removed the motor and dual fan assembly. Left with the assembly to buy a new motor. He came back at 5:00 PM after removing and reassembling the motor and fan assemble. He took less than 30 minutes to replace the unit. I am very happy with the service provide by Hot Cold Air. This is my second time using them. The first time was for my AC issue. I will continue using their service when needed.

Hot Cold Air was very responsive once the order was received, they followed up with my request to be notified when they would be heading to my house so I could let them in, the technician (Mr. Roman) was very professional, friendly & worked fast to find the problem & effect the repairs needed. Fernando and his partner were amazing! Our air went out and our property management was waiting on a approval. They were so nice to come at 10pm at night to replace our motor. It was so hot in the house so we were so grateful for them. They were professional and took time to explain things to me. They are an amazing company!

They are amazing! Fernando came last minute at 8:45pm and was able to save the day! We had other people earlier that said the whole ac unit needed to be replaced, however Fernando found that the freon that was put in earlier was wrong, he was able to flush the whole system and put the correct freon back in! He fixed it within an hour and a half! Super nice and respectful, masks, took their shoes off at the door! 10/10 !

Fernando and his crew are awesome! They repaired our broken A/C unit with meticulous care and attention to detail even though it was veryy late in the day. They are highly professional and remarkably friendly. I would absolutely recommend them to a friend!

After using another AC company to fix our unit and the job not being done correctly We switched to Hot Cold Air. We haven't had an issue since. Anytime I feel like the AC isn't cooling properly we give them a call and they come out either same day or next day. They explain thoroughly what is wrong and what needs to be done about it. They do amazing work and they stay to verify that the unit is working properly again. Fernando W. Is who usually comes out to help us out and he always double checks his work and puts everything back together properly. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their AC UNIT repaired.

Awesome experience!! I was dreading the replacement of my AC unit and removal and installation in the attic... Roman was great ! Efficient. Clean. Punctual. Professional! The team worked continuously all day. Done in one day. Explained to me exactly what they did. He Took pictures of the attic before and after so I can see the amazing results ! So happy.
