This company is amazing to work with! Their prices and service can not be beat. I had a crack in my heat exchanger and needed a new Furance. They beat the bids I got by $1,000. Very friendly and install was quick. I would highly recommend this company they are very straight forward and amazing to work with. I will for sure be keeping my business with them. Midlands Maintanance was a life saver! You won’t go wrong in hiring them!

Mike was the ONLY air conditioner technician who could show up the next morning when my air conditioner broke overnight during the hottest week of the summer in Omaha. Extremely professional, affordable, and timely service. I cannot thank him enough for repair my old A/C unit.

To say these guys are amazing seems like an understatement. I was made to feel like I was the most important customer they had. Service was outstanding and fast. I wasn't not over sold on anything, I was not getting things I didn't need. Amazing is the only word my small mind can come to. Oh, and to the one bad review I saw out of the 44 at the time of this posting, they offered me an itemized receipt. So if that was a problem, they fixed it too.

Mike came out on short notice to fix my broken furnace--in a rain/ice storm, no less. He was competent, professional, and very reasonably priced. I would recommend his services to anyone needing furnace repairs.

My ac went out on a 95° day. Called Midland Maintenance and had it replaced the next day. Great and efficient work. I highly recommend. P.S.. Also had old duct work redone, and it came out awesome.

I've had both; my Air Conditioning unit and Furnace go out on me in the last couple of months. Mike came out within the hour of me calling him, when I explained that my house was 90 degrees and I had 3 kids. He had my AC fixed and running within the hour because he was prepared and had the part that was needed to fix it! My furnace on the other hand was a little more difficult because of some issues that occurred from the previous year and a different hvac company, but, he got the job done and got it done right! I was also very happy with the price of his services! Best prices in town! I am happy to have found a great guy for all of my HVAC needs! I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Mike was simply amazing! I'm a single mom, and my furnace stopped working. I was so scared I was going to get nickel and dimed to fix it. That did not happen. Mike showed up a few hours after I called him. All I needed was a new igniter and switch. It only cost $230. He was unbelievably fair. He just got a customer for life!

Unbelievable service and Mike didnt even come to my house! Our furnace was leaking water like crazy. We have a small baby and needed it fixed ASAP as no AC wasn't am option. Of course, so did the rest of Omaha. I called 19 people who couldn't get me in today. Mike was the 20th. He couldn't get me in either but unlike EVERYBODY else, gave me a solution to my problem. I followed Mike's easy instructions and fixed it myself. This says A LOT about the ethics of how Mike runs his business. Needless to say you will always be #1 on my list to call going forward!
