I was struggling with a different company to get an A/C Unit installed, I was told it would take they 2-4 weeks to fix it. I called Benaks that same day and they were out to see what I needed fixed. Once they determined I needed a new unit I got it installed three days later (there was 4th of July holiday weekend). I got a new unit put in and they ended up checking my other units to make sure they were up to date. My heat exchanger on my furnace had a big crack in it. If they wouldn't have caught that in the process, it could have been detrimental. I am so thankful for their response time, great customer service, and for going above and beyond for me. I highly recommend them.

Called this company for a/c repair Bob came out and explained everything what is wrong with my a/c. Change everything did what needs to be done. After 1 year I called them to check if everything running as it should we found a leak in coil with out any hesitation Bob scheduled a repair time, Bob and his well knowledge employee came out and fixed everything even some extra parts and did good amount of extra labor on things that they not even ask to fix but ones they at your house they will make sure you happy when they leave. O and his wife is a great communicator on times, dates, and keeping you updated. Thank you Bob you guys awesome. đź‘Ťđź‘Ťđź‘Ťđź‘Ťđź‘Ť

It has been over 2 weeks since contacting Benak regarding a blown compressor. I was told that the part was ordered May 28 (even though compressors don’t need to be ordered and are readily available at any HVAC distributor). Called them again on June 5th to see what the issue was and why I hadn’t heard from them, they said they would check with their supplier and get back to me... never did. Now it’s Monday June 7th and come to find out they just ordered the compressor on Friday the 4th! Now our updated timeline is “hopefully Friday the 11th”, 3 weeks out from first contact. Making your customers wait 3 weeks to not only pay an outrageously up charged bill, but to actually get any service done, doesn’t seem like a sustainable business model.

TLDR; Benak has negligible tendencies and lied about the status of my work order. Will be taking my business to Precision heating and Air

Benak did an amazing job installing everything for our new home. After everything was completed, I called to ask a few questions about my new systems and they offered to come out and do a free training and walkthrough of my systems. Their quality is great and they return calls quickly. Thanks again!

Just watched their company van blazing down Cornhusker street going around 60 in a 45 on a Monday afternoon. Gonna kill someone if you keep that employee.

Stay away if you are coming through a home warranty. I filed a claim over a month ago and sadly was assigned to them. Still no resolution for a broken ac unit. They keep blaming the warranty company and take no initiative to help get things resolved or expedited. I had to reach out multiple times to get answers and never once did they apologize or try to help other than to blame and point fingers. I have no idea of the quality of their work, but if it's anything like the service beforehand run away!

Bob Benak himself (owner) came to our house within 24 hours of our air conditioning stopping and us calling. Our house was miserably hot! He showed up promptly and right on time. He diagnosed the problem with our air conditioning unit within 5 minutes and had the part replaced and the unit working within less than 15 minutes. I was thoroughly impressed! He showed me how to check our filter and gave us a new 90-day one when he discovered ours was needing replaced. He did all of this all with a smile on his face and I was most impressed with how personable he was. He even gave me tips for how to keep it clean. We will definitely be calling Benak's again if we need anything!

This company is by far the most unprofessional company I have ever tried to work with. This company was on our furnace and so I called. I just recently bought this home and the previous owners had it replaced before we moved in.

The woman on the phone directed me to another number not answering my question fully. Saying I needed to go through insurance that I don’t have. I called back and tried to explain that maybe my message wasn’t clearly received. The man on the phone started to yell and insult me. I, in turn, asked him to stop yelling and as I was again trying to explain he hung up. When I tried to call back there was no answer.

This is a horrible run business who shouldn’t place their advertisements on a product if they “can’t” work on it. Absurdly rude and absolutely uncalled for.

Customer service verbally assaulted my sister while she called to ask for more information regarding how they could help with a furnace issue (which their phone number is plastered to the side of). It's mind-blowing how they can treat anyone much less a potential customer in this manner. No excuse.
