Absolute Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning

I can't say enough good about Absolute Comfort.

I called them as a fairly new homeowner because their sticker was on my HVAC system and didn't expect much. They came out quickly, changed the small part that needed repair and charged me such a reasonable fee. Quick, easy, and no up-sell!

Flash forward a year or so. My furnace wasn't starting so I called on a Sunday. Instead of racing out and charging me extra for the off-hours service call, they gave me a few simple suggestions to try to get things working and told me to call back if I still needed help. I was able to fix the problem with one of their suggestions and didn't need anyone to come out.

So last week when temperatures rose, I didn't hesitate to call to have them come out to check on my non-working air conditioner. Again, they came right out, let me know that my ancient air conditioner needed to hit the road, and I purchased a new unit from them with complete confidence. Within a few days, they had arranged to have it delivered and installed. Their employee was courteous, helpful, and quick. This company was so accommodating and helpful.

He really cared for us and had great advice on who to contact. He saved our butts for sure and we will DEFINITELY be using their service whenever needed!

It was the best experience I've ever had with heating/air company. I was convinced by a different company (who fixed my heater and charged me 2x what absolute would have charged me) that I was going to have to replace the whole system. Nope. My system is in decent condition and just needed some maintenance and a new circuit board. When I do need a new system, I'm going to the honest people at absolute comfort. And I already told everyone on my Facebook page what a great job they did and how happy I was with their service and honesty.

Absolute comfort sent a repair man the same morning I called about our air conditioner not working. He was professional and courteous. He identified the problem within a few minutes, had the replacement part in the van, and had us back in cool air in no time. He really knew what he was doing! This is the kind of service I absolutely love!

Our air conditioner stopped working on a Saturday. We were hard pressed to find a repair service to come and help us out. Absolute Comfort Heating and Air was terrific! They made the weekend house call and we were comfortable again in no time.
The work was done in a timely manner and the technician was very helpful . We would definitely recommend this company.

Absolute Comfort is a great company to work with. They're ethical, competent, thoughtful and thorough. They did a fantastic job installing two furnaces for us.
