Noakes Heating Air Conditioning & Refrigeration

Noakes is wonderful! We had our air conditioner go out mid-August and they came out the same day and fixed the issue. Then, on the coldest day of the year, our furnace quit working. I called that morning, fully expecting them to be booked. They were at our house within the hour. They diagnosed the issue, got the part, and came back to replace it.

Appointment was scheduled and installation occurred timely and for exactly what their bid was. Installation personnel wore shoe covers and placed carped protector down on carpeted surface. Very professional group of people representing their company. Will use again.

I contacted Noakes on 6-7-2021 to see if they could repair my evaporator drain pan. Our unit was too old to find a replacement evaporator. We decided to get a new a/c system. They got the system here Tuesday and installed, checked and cleaned up after themselves in three hours.

I would highly recommend them for any related projects. All the technicians were very professional and friendly.

DO NOT HESITATE TO UTILIZE THEIR SERVICES. YOU Will NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!

We have used Noakes in the past and had great service. But this last time we were having issues with out mini split. The service guy didn't know anything about the unit. The service guy couldn't even put it to back together right after looking at it. He told me he was leaving and there was nothing he could do because he didn't know the unit. I myself figured out the brand and called them to let them know so he could either look at a manual online or hopefully figure out what was wrong with the unit. Then a few days later the service guy just shows up to our house unexpectedly no call or anything. He still didn't know anything about the unit or what was wrong with it! We got a bill for 2 service calls! We called to talk to Bill hoping to get some sort of customer service. He was no help and rude to my husband. I would recommend another heating and air company.

Our furnace was well outdated and started acting up during a very cold week. Knowing it was probably time to replace it I called noakes. Russ came out, checked everything out and got a price together. In the meantime he had gary come get our old unit going until the new one came in. They were both super knowledgeable and helpful. Within 3 days we went from not having heat to having a new furnace and ac unit installed and the installation guys did a fantastic job. Overall we are very pleased and will definitely call them for our heating and a/c needs.

Called to come fix split unit and they could not figure out the brand or what was wrong with it so they left. My wife looked it up and figured it out and what was wrong with it. About 3 days later without calling or notifying us they show back up knocking on the door and said they need come come back in and look it, so we let them in even though we told them what was wrong and what brand it was. After a while they said that was the issue and asked if we were going to order the part and i said yes i would. About a week later we get the bill in the mail for 2 service charges for them doing nothing and not even notifying or telling us they were coming back out and charging us another service charge. I do not recommend them.

I had an gentleman come to my house so I could get an estimate for installing Geothermal air and heat. I never received an email with an estimate. I continued to call over and over and leaving messages. No response like they didn't want my business.

We needed a new gas furnace and central air unit installed.These guys were on time, reasonable priced, professional, fast, and courteous. Noakes are tops on our list. We highly recommend them to others.

Never answers the phone after hours, even though they advertise 24 hour service. Never returns phone calls to eating during business hours when you leave a message. This is not just on one occurrence, but a couple.

They came out asap to fix a broken a/c during the summer. They showed up and fixed the problem.
