The negative reviews are not at all what I experienced. We called 10 companies for estimates on installing a new A/C system. Current, Inc. was one. Their serviceman was the first person in 4 years to ask if he could look at the existing system for a repair instead of a replacement. We decided to install a new system. Their pricing was very fair, and their customer service was exceptional. Their knowledge was vast and they fixed existing problems that will save us hundreds of dollars in the future. Thank you, Randy, Craig, Chris, & Brandon. Customer for life!!!
Randy was such a delight. He was very professional and sweet. He had our ac unit fixed in no time. Will definitely call him again if something goes wrong again. Will definitely recommend him to anyone who's having problems with their ac units
I am beyond please with the service I received. I called current as a second opinion on my ac unit. The business before said I would need a new compressor that would cost me $3000. Randy my technician came and took a look at my unit. Explained to me what he was doing and didn't try to up sell me. He saved me $3000 there was nothing wrong with my unit except for a bug got stuck and blocked the connection.
I was recommended by a co-worker to try Current inc Internet service 3 years ago. I called & they were @ my home the next day to Install. I did has Dish prior to this & they could not support my work from home needs. Over the past 3 years Every encounter with their crew/staff has been a Pleasure , very knowledgeable, professional, friendly. The service of internet they provide is like no other! My previous dish network went out all the time , if the wind blew to hard or rain to hard , Current doesn't. If you call the Office someone always answers the phone or you can leave a voice mail & is returned promptly. I will be using them for their other services they provide & especially interested in a new service coming soon generators for my home. I know this is alittle long but worth reading. I gotten to know alot of the crew & consider them friends & A Plus they hire alot of Veterans! Donna
The technician that Current Inc sent to fix the A/C was very knowledgeable and well schooled in spite of his young age, and was able to diagnose the entire problem in a short time, including suggestions of alternative ways to remedy our faltering system. I was very impressed by his professionalism and promptness
I really appreciated the hard work it took to find our electrical issues. I know it's difficult working on an old house with old wiring. But everything is now working good. Thanks so much Lucus for doing a great job.
I’ve seen dumb but this is impressive. I’m installing a mini split heat pump. So I needed a disconnect mounted outside my house. I come home to this mounted to the wall with no wires ran to it. The guy mounted a box on the inside wall and left.
Cut extra holes in ceiling during duct installation in 3 different rooms. Double charged for labor on repair of outside unit after compresser went out after 3 yrs
I believe today, the hottest day of the year so far, is the fourth time this month that our 4 y/o Central Air keeps cutting out. The repairmen have been cordial while here but the job is not getting done. I paid full price for a 10 year parts & labor warranty. Now the outside compressor is running non-stop and the suction line is just barely cool. The house temp was approaching 80 when I left. The current temp outside is 105 so it's anyone's guess what the temp will be when I get home. Of course they're closed for today so I'll have to call them in the morning, again. If they can't fix it ... replace it!
***Update - This review does NOT reflect the repairmen or staff. Everyone I've interacted with were polite. We had to stay at a hotel last night so that impacted our review. They worked all day today and hopefully the AC is fixed. I'm upgrading this review from 2 stars to 4 stars on repair response ONLY. I cannot give 5 stars based on the amount of calls and repairs needed in this passed 4 years. We're very disappointed in the performance of this York system that was installed.
Not pleased. They didn't ask enough questions when we visited. Come to find out after we waited 3 days, they didn't have the experience to do what we needed.
