I had a 30 year old system and my AC was running 24/7 and not getting the house to temp. I called multiple HVAC companies in St Louis, but AZS did the best job of understanding what I needed to fix the problem, and not trying to over sell me all the bells and whistles. They showed me what I needed for my home, and their quote came in significantly lower than the others.

They did the install for a new AC and furnace in just a couple hours, and my house is already nice and cool. Really happy with the new system and happy I went through AZS. I would recommend giving them a call if you need work done because they did great work and were well priced.

I highly recommend these guys. They are straight shooters who give you the sense that they are not going to take advantage of you. They're kind of like that auto mechanic you know that's honest and won't try to upsell you something you do not need.
They replaced our entire HVAC system in 2015. Just this week, while the outdoor temps were sustained at over 100 degrees, the capacitor on our condenser went out. This is a very common issue when AC units run constantly in this type of heat. Not a difficult fix for those of us who are do-it-yourselfers. The problem was, it was 5pm on a Saturday, so quickly locating a compatible replacement capacitor was going to be difficult. Temps were quickly rising in the house so I called their emergency line. They were out within 2 hours and swapped out the capacitor. They only charged me a handshake AND showed me the correct replacement capacitor on Amazon so that if it ever happens again, I could have a replacement on hand. What other HVAC company would do that? Thanks guys!

I would highly recommend AZS Heating and Cooling! Brian came out on a weekend and made us cool again. He was professional, quick, knowledgeable, honest and reasonable. If you need your HVAC repaired or serviced do not hesitate to call, you will be completely satisfied.

I called Steve this morning as our furnace was leaking and flooded a room in our basement. In 2 phone calls and less than 10 minutes on the phone he was able to walk me through how to fix it. He even offered to FaceTime if we needed help! Great service, I would highly recommend AZS to anyone needed a repair.

Brian and Steve took great care of us over this weekend and even installed the new furnace ahead of the expected date! Space heaters were provided to get us through and we are up and running with a turn time of two business days! Great Job from the team at AZS!

I used AZS Heating and Cooling in early February, 2016 to install a dryer vent in my basement. The technicians were excellent! They also carried my dryer from the first floor to the basement and hooked it up perfectly. I had received bids from other companies and AZS was the lowest bid. The cost was less than any place would charge and they added in work for no extra charge. In addition, at no extra charge, they fixed my furnace popping noise! They were very professional, courteous, and did outstanding work. I love my new dryer vent. It works great! I will use AZS again for future service and highly recommend them.

This positive review is long belated. I moved into a new/old house a few years ago and had repeated and varied problems with one of the A/C units (not installed by AZS). AZS has been prompt and more than fair. Early on, I was fighting with my home warranty company on the issue, and AZS kindly provided the coaching I'd need to debate the matter with the warranty company, knowing that I would have to work with the warranty company's contractor (thus, no financial benefit to AZS). With maybe one or two exceptions during peak, peak season, they've come out within 24 hours of my service request. Technicians are always friendly and very helpful. I often get the same guy--it's nice to interact with a familiar face.

I'm currently in the middle of resolving a warranty issue on the A/C at my wife's old house with a different company (Galmiche), which has been a nightmare. That negative experience, which I find all to common, is what has prompted me to write this positive review for what I'd consider one of the only honest and capable contractors of any sort, much less heating and cooling, in town.
