Our A/C unit went out at 7 PM last night. I called Dave at 7 AM this morning & he had Justin out to our home at 10:30 AM! Justin fixed the A/C problem within an hour. Very prompt, courteous & professional. I highly recommend this service to anyone needing quick & honest service. Very impressed!!!
On a Saturday night, at 10pm, during one of the coldest nights of the year, our furnace went out. By 11pm Dave had the heat back on and my wife and little girl stayed warm. Thanks to Dave for sacrificing his time in keeping my family safe!
By far the BEST heating & cooling! I tried another company one time because they were unable to get to me(it was peak season of course) & I truly regret it, the other company screwed me over!!Never again will I "try" someone else I will wait for Dave or Kelly! Called them today & Dave was at my rental property within 20min & had the heat back up & going!! Such awesome customer service!!
Found this company on yelp with good reviews, called and had a guy showed up 3 hours late after the initial appointment for estimate on some furnace work but it wasn't a big deal. They said they are extremely busy and they might do it this the same week on Thursday or Friday or if not next Wednesday for sure 2 days passed by I called and sure they couldn't make it this week that it was not big deal again either because they never promised to start this week . I told them that I don't live in the area I will be gone by the weekend and come back on next Wednesday morning for them to start the furnace job. On the Tuesday of the following week I called and to let them know that I need drive 4 hours back in town meet with them in the next day please confirm the appointment, the person on the phone promised their technicians will be at the property and start on time.' Next day which is the Wednesday I drove 4 hours back to the house and nobody showed up, I called their business number nobody answered or called back either. The next day I received a text from their tech saying " they weren't be able to make it and forgot to let me know??!"(I uploaded a picture of the text message), oh well they apologized and promised will start the next day in the late morning, I took their apology and give them another chance. Oh well today is the Friday nobody ever showed up In the morning I texted around 2pm asking they said their tech is on their way, now is 4pm and where are they?! Sorry this is a long story which is a very very bad business experience I just don't want anybody else have the same issues I had with them, i been doing business for years and never dealt a company like this, they will screw you up and fail their promises and of course they don't care about their customers , I'm going to file a complaint to city of sugar creek next Monday and hopefully they will learn their lesson. if you have any doubts about this business and want me proof that how they screwed me over I will be glad to send over their bid paperwork and text and phone call records
After Eric Angle, (Owner of right angle ranch, Complete Comfort Heating and cooling, and Complete Indoor Comfort) took ownership of this business it has become yet another business to just stay away from. Lack of any kind of professionalism.
We are so blessed to have found them. They always come out quickly. They even come out last minute. They are honest, reliable and do an excellent job! I could not say enough good things! Do not call anyone else.
