Mark and Gerard came and installed my new furnace. They both were very responsive, professional, clean and used all COVID-19 practices while in my home. They also were very knowledgeable about the repairs needed. Will be using Zaki HVAC & Appliances again!

Tech told me one thing and then reported something else back to company. Their senior tech mark is great but I wouldn't let the other guy touch a thing in my home ever again. I cant stand being lied to/mislead
