Bill is very thorough as he has been in the past servicing my furnace. His customer service is excellent.
Always willing to answer any question I may have on the operation of furnace,thermostat.
He is an asset to have representing the Weiss Company.

Jim, the Weiss service man called to say he was coming, arrived minutes later. He had a mask, gloves and put on protective bootie over his shoes. He asked us to change the thermometer, not touching it, He was courteous, professional & honest, sharing all of what he observed about our Heating/AC units.

We have been very satisfied with Weis Comfort Systems! They are always very professional and do quality work. Would recommend them to friends and family.

As always, your service people arrive on time, do their work and leave no evidence that they were there. They are always couteous. As they were examining the relatively-new boiler, I didn't expect them to find any trouble, but I would have trusted their opinion if they had. appreciatively Carol Walker

I did no realize the urgency of our call today. But Brenda knew we needed a serviceman as soon as possible. Frank M was here in a timely manner and very professional
