I have had multiple maintenance visits from Seliga and have been very impressed with them. Their techs are prompt, thorough, and honest. They do not tell you to just replace things because they are old like some hvac companies do. The ladies who answer the phones are very friendly and helpful with scheduling appointments. I do not dread calling like I do some places because they are always so nice.

The receptionist and repair man were friendly and professional. The work also seemed to be done well. However, my appointment was scheduled to happen sometime between 9 am to noon and the tech didn’t show up until 2:30 which meant I had to change up my day and was very inconvenient for my work schedule.

Our water heater went out and due to it's age, needed to be replaced. The Seliga team was extremely communicative and responsive during the bid - purchase - installation process. Our technician, Brad did a great job while having to work in a small space. We will definitely contact Seliga for future HVAC needs.

Update: after a call this summer to repair the Central Air, our furnace also needed attention before the winter. Erik did a great job with the repair work. He clearly explained what he was going to do & how much it would cost before working efficiently to get the heat back on.

I have been pleased with every Seliga tech who has attended to my multiple service calls over the years to different homes. I would love to see a discount for loyal repeat business. ;)

A couple of weeks ago, Wayne from Seliga, performed annual maintenance on furnace & boiler. He was very thorough, replaced batteries on both thermostats - even replaced battery on a chirping smoke alarm. At that time, Wayne also diagnosed a problem with the motor on the furnace. He wrote up the cost. I have a service agreement with Seliga, so it was much less than it would have been without a service agreement. Wayne said one of the ladies in the office would contact me to set up an appointment for the repair. Wayne was great - so nice! The ladies in the office are wonderful, too - Dina, Sherry & Sylvia. I'd never hesitate to recommend Seliga Heating and Cooling Company!

Today, Eric from Seliga came to replace the motor in the furnace. The new motor turned out to be 3x larger than the current one, so Eric had to figure out how to fit the new motor into a space much smaller. Eric had a great attitude and never gave up making it work. It was a difficult job. After completing the installation, Eric showed me the old motor and what was causing it to begin to fail. Eric was so nice and so pleasant, and obviously, knew what he was doing. Seliga Heating and Cooling is the best!

Also, have to give a shout out to Dan Seliga who really helped me with the replacement of my boiler 5 years ago! Thanks to all!
