My technician was incredible! They responded amazingly fast. They only do what needs done. They are super honest. Great integrity.

We are building a new home and we are our own contractors. We had someone build the house and then we find and hire everyone to do the inside work. I hired r&b before we even started building, once we got to the point we were ready for them to come out, they came out 2 days later. I was expecting to wait at least a week or more since I couldn’t give them a for sure time of when we’d be ready for them. I think it was 2 or 3 days it took them to run all of our duct work and installing the furnace. I asked them to move a vent and they very kindly did. They cleaned up after themselves when they were finished. A couple days after they had finished I had noticed something that hadn’t been done, which was completely my fault because I forgot to bring it up to them. I contacted them and they sent the guys out that day to get it done. They could’ve very easily told me, that part wasn’t discussed so you’ll have to wait a few days until we get an opening. I’m very pleased with this company and happy we chose them.

They are knowledgeable, prompt and professional. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I HIGHLY recommend R&B Heating and Cooling! This is my first house and I desperately needed a new A/C (old one was 45 years old! 😬) A friend recommended them to me and not only were they very friendly and professional, but after the initial check up on my system they had the new A/C installed the next week! I was also given multiple options to choose from with different prices so I could choose what fit my budget best (the other place I got quoted from only gave me one option.) I have since put in 2 different service calls with them and both times they've been out the same day to help! As a new home owner who knows nothing about HVAC, it's comforting to know I always have someone I can trust with my home's heating and cooling. If you need a guy, call them first! 😊

The Team from R&B Heating responded quickly to our reported furnace problems / insufficient heat. As it was in the 0 Degree temperature range outside with falling temperatures for the evening, getting a service done was a top priority. As above they responded quickly, Thank you Rich , and had a service visit that Thursday evening at 5:45pm by Brian. Thank you Brian. Furnace was quickly repaired during this late evening service call and now we have heat. In most cases I do not provide a review but in this case based upon their 100% focus to customer service , fair pricing and professional business conduct I do provide a 5 Star Review and would most highly recommend them for your heating repairs.

Richie came to our home promptly. He diagnosed our problem with our furnace and had it fixed very quickly. He was very reasonably priced. I trust him and felt comfortable to leave him at my home while I went to work. He finished up, cleaned up, and locked up as he left. Richie is great!!

My experiences with Brian and Richie have been beyond my expectations. Brian has been my go to heating and cooling tech for years and has kept my system up and running. I am currently considering upgrading my 25 year old system. He and Richie have spent a great deal of time educating me and making sure I fully understand all my options so I can make the decision that is best for my family. They have been a pleasure to work with.

I use Richie and Brian for my home as well for commercial use. They are a great couple of guys with a ton of knowledge for their product. They are very reasonably priced and use then as often as I am able. You wont find a a more honest company and are always willing to work with the customer. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Richie came out after normal hours and gave me a quote on a whole new A/C with a heat pump and furnace. It was very reasonable and I told him “let’s do it” He came out Friday morning and by 1:30 that afternoon it was installed. Richie and Brian know their stuff and I would definitely recommend them .
