I needed immediate attention to repair my furnace and Air Unlimited sent Daniel to do the troubleshooting and repair. Daniel was very professional and conscientious in his work. During the troubleshooting he explained everything he was doing along with the rationale. He promptly identified the issue and fixed it. I was also surprised by the affordability!! Great job!!

Sal came out for the spring maintenance to follow up on repairs that were completed last summer and ensure everything was working properly. He was here within the time frame, verified the a/c was working properly and discussed any current concerns. Job well done.

We have been using Air Unlimited for several years now. We love that Sal and Daniel are honest, trustworthy, quality minded people and so are the technicians they hire. They always do their best and have been able to fix any problem we’ve had. They offer a VIP program which we love because we can pay a small monthly fee and have our units serviced twice a year. By being a part of that program, we get priority status if something goes wrong, which this past summer happened. One of our AC units stopped working and I called and Sal came out within 24 hours on a Sunday morning! We won’t use anyone else. Our loyalty is with Air Unlimited!

From getting the initial estimate to having the system installed was a breeze. Estimate completed on a Thursday and new system installed on the next Monday, very quick. Dan and everyone I talked to were nice, attentive, and willing to answer any questions. I always felt like I could reach out with any questions. I will be using them for years to come.

Naturally, in the midst of the coldest temps we've had in years, my furnace started having issues. I gave it a few days - thinking it was having trouble keeping up. When I finally decided to call someone, it was after hours. They were able to offer me an appointment THE NEXT MORNING - first thing! Already, that was amazing as I heard from others that it would be days before someone could come out. Sal was so nice, knowledgeable and figured out the issue pretty quickly. There was another repair that was needed the next day - and the other technician was also friendly and prompt in his work. I felt their prices were extremely reasonable. Would highly recommend this local business!

I have complete confidence in recommending Sal and Air Unlimited Heating and Cooling. I purchased my air conditioner and furnace from there about 5 years ago and have been happy with my decision. The price was right and they offered no interest financing. Being single that was the only way I could afford the system. Since the installation, I’ve been enrolled in their maintenance program so they keep my units working in top performance. I’m able to get a service appointment within a couple days of contacting them. They’re always on time. Sal and the techs I’ve met were all friendly and polite. They definitely have my loyalty.

I'll take the time to update my previous review. These guys are really amazing. We have hired them for basic AC tune ups, whole system replacements and now new construction install. Extremely great work, excellent customer service and amazing follow through. Highly recommend and we will be using them again in the future.
