Hoffman Heating and Cooling

Just had Dustin and James replace the HVAC system. AC and furnace. They also repaired some duct work and ran new thermostat wiring. Both guys are professional and personable.

The price was good and I got outstanding workmanship. All the work they did got finished in a day in pouring rain and slick mud in my yard. They absolutely did a fantastic job.

The new system is less than half as loud as the old one and works so much better. Definitely happy with everything.

This is the only place we will use for our hvac needs! They came out on mothers day even and got our ac fixed in no time!

We had a heater installed in our garage since there are no vents/it isn’t insulated. Dustin went over different options, costs, what he would be doing and pros/cons based on our needs. He was professional, efficient, knowledgeable and got the job done quickly/correctly. We are very satisfied with his work as well as the the finished product and have been recommending him to anyone who asks about hvac.

Some of THE nicest people you could come across. James was very helpful and super nice to deal with. So many other companies kept telling me that that they were too busy, or I wasn't an existing customer so they could not help me. Hoffman came out the next day and honestly could not have been better to work with. They did not pressure me into anything; they explained what was wrong, what some possibilities were and the pros and cons to each. It was a wonderful experience after a stressful time with no AC during a hot part of the month!

On time.. Upfront and honest.. Didn't replace what was working fine. Dustin, James and the team did a great job, communicated good and were great to work with. Highly recommend

I have had Dustin come out and redo the duct work in my home to get more cool air to the back of my house. He has also done routine maintenance for Heat and for Air and done an awesome job with that as well. He's very patient and explains things clearly, and will answer my silly questions without judgement! He's very knowledgeable and always gets the job done right! 10/10 would recommend!
