Been buying parts from them for my building for years. I have 7 rtu's on my building that occasionally needs parts, most of which I can install myself. Had a cash account set up but was told that I had to have a different type of account now. I guess they are trying to keep their contractors busy, but when I do need a licensed HVAC guy, it won't be theirs. I don't need a contractor to remove a screw. Oh we, their loss, not mine

Wanted to give a BIG shout out to Ty in the Commercial Dept. I have had a chance to work with him and his staff at CFM on a few projects. What a great group of people! Very helpful, full of knowledge and the customer service is next to none. Thanks a lot Ty for your hard work. I see big things in your future. If your a contractor looking for a place to land, this is it.

Had all the material and parts that I needed put it in the truck for me. Very nice folks to deal with .I recommend the place.

I don't understand why they bother to post contact info on their website. It takes multiple contacts to even get answer. I fairly sure their parts people are either lazy or incompetent as the seem completely unable to comprehend the concept of email or voicemail.

Great people, but if you're not a contractor don't go there. They can't sell to a homeowner
