E R Mann Heating & Cooling

When I had my furnace serviced, they were excellent. The communication between the company and answering service seems to be lacking. One says one thing and the other says something else. Too long to go into detail but I NEVER had this problem when it was ER mann. I am part of their service contract. Apologies aside, they need to get their act together.

We called and Scott came out the very next morning to give us a quote on replacing our furnace and central air unit. The price was fair but we needed financing. Sheila was very nice and helpful in walking us through the application process. Once approved Scott came out in a few days and installed the equipment. He was very nice and professional and did a great job. I would recommend this company. Very pleased. Shop local!

I called and they came out right then. Checked over my system and recommended me an installer/repair service that could fix me up faster than they could. They refused to charge me anything even though they unhooked my old thermostat and hooked up a new one while going through everything. It was amazing. They will be my first call from now on when it comes to HVAC anything.

Very happy with my whole experience today. I called right at 8am for someone to take a look at my furnace that went out. They sent a tech there by 10am (as I was told) and here at 10:45am they called to tell me they fixed my furnace. I wanted to thank Scott and Kurtis for doing such a great job on our furnace and AC replacement. We are first time home owners and this was our first experience with needing a whole new system. We got quotes from 5 other businesses and these folks were by far the most reasonable. They had it all done in less than a whole day, they were super tidy with the installation, and so far everything’s working like a charm (Unit was installed on June 4th 2019). I had the best experience with this company, I recently sold my house and new homeowners wanted furnace cleaned and inspected, from my first call to the 2 hours later the technician showed up at my door everyone was top notch and charged me less than other companies offered as a "SPECIAL" for this type of service. Er Mann had work completed before other companies had even returned my call. You just can't beat that!

I highly recommend this company to anyone. Two years ago they replaced my furnace and A/C unit and it was very reasonably priced. Actually I'm a bit embarrassed I haven't written a review till now. Just recently I had a small issue with my furnace. Within the hour from my call the technician showed up and corrected a minor issue. If your considering replacing or even repair to your furnace or A/C, go to E.R. Mann you will not be disappointed.

Ray was a life saver. I had the whole family in town for Christmas and the blower motor on my heater decided to go out the Saturday before Christmas. There were no locations open that would sell me a part then I found these guys. They gave me a good part at a reasonable cost and even took the time to ensure I was buying the right part. Big thumbs up for this company!

Absolutely amazing! Couldn't ask for any better service! Helped us find that our landlord cut our 24v thermostat line. The tech quickly repaired the line and had ac within seconds. Thank you so much!

Reasonably priced! They did a full install for me for $1000 less than all the other quotes I had gotten. They also worked in a timely manner and very professionally. Definitely a place that will get a return call from me and I will suggest to others.
