    I don’t usually leave reviews but Bill the owner is very unprofessional. WOULD NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! We had our Ac unit replaced and our Furnace by this company and the install of the AC unit and the Furnace was done right and we paid Bill for that. He was not there when he said he would be and because he was LATE getting there to install Furnace HE STAYED UNTIL MIDNIGHT to get the heat running. My husband and I get up at 4:30 AM to go to work. Then after that is done his co-worker / Brother- in -law comes to put in a return air vent in our 2 rooms He built a 3 x 5 box for a cold air return. Joseph used old 2x2 that he had laying around to make a box. Then sheet rocked and sanded. He didn’t get there when he was supposed to and I was told this would be done by Friday. Then we were told Joseph would be there Saturday morning at 7:00 AM EXACT WORDS AND I QUOTE “ If I say I’m gonna be there at 7:00 I’ll be there at 7:00” I was left with this mess all weekend and they were finally done Monday night at 6:00. He wanted to charge us $1,500 of for Joseph’s work and milking the time. When my husband wanted to talk about the price Bill just tore up the contract. And honest professional business owner doesn’t do that. He doesn’t have the man power to run the Business which he told us himself. So he clearly wants us to pay for his lack of keeping professional people. The job he did was not worth $1,500 dollars. Here are some pictures. You decide. Oh and he did try to compensate by buying $140 door to replace the old door. Which he said he would install but he didn’t so my husband put that on and finished smoothing out the sheet rock that was left unfinished. If Bill felt sure of his work and money he was trying to charge us he would not tear up a contract and not even talk about it not look at people in the face. We want to pay Joseph for his work but we won’t be takin advantage of either. As a customer when a job is done you have the right to dispute a charge. He’s trying to charge us $65 an hour for 21 hours which we’d pay $65 an hour for a professional job that should have been done in 10 hours.

    Highly recommend Bill at Accell Maintenance! I needed a new AC install, and got 3 bids. Bill beat my best bid by 25%, and was able to come faster than any other vendor. He did what he promised, when he promised, and went above and beyond on the install by ensuring the new outdoor unit would not suffer from the same settlement problems my old unit did. I highly recommend Bill at Accell Maintenance, and would definitely use him again for any future home repair needs.

    Great experience. Bill promptly came out and gave me a bid. I had three bids and he was in the middle. Bill was referred by a friend so for those two reasons I chose him. He did a complete heating and cooling system including ductwork in my shop and installed three mini split systems in my home. While they were here I mentioned the upstairs was always cooler or hotter depending on the season. He did an assessment of the room and the attic and told me i needed more cold air return. Although it wasn't in our original agreement Bill and his crew stayed on the job until 8pm that evening to complete a new cold air return duct. That is customer service which is real hard to find these days. It's now been a few months since he completed this work and we just went through 13 days of single digits for highs and below zero for lows. The upstairs has never been more comfortable! Bill also gave me a call 3 months after completion to see if systems were operating properly and that i was completely satisfied. I would highly recommend Accell Maintenance for their knowledge, integrity, professionalism and top shelf customer service. Thanks Bill.

    I am in a business networking group with Bill the owner. He is extremely knowledgeable, believes in fixing it before replacing it and cares about his clients. He helps out so many people that I know. I give them 5 stars and recommend giving him an opportunity.

    I met Bill through a networking group and was very impressed by his knowledge of HVAC Systems and his ability to teach others about maintenance of their systems, what to look for when minor problems arise, and when they can save money by fixing it themselves. Most business people say "leave it to the professional" and will charge high fees for labor that isn't always necessary. I really appreciate a business owner who can help those people get what they need and save money.

    Bill is definitely someone I trust and recommend. When you give him a call he may be able to troubleshoot it over the phone and save you money. He is extremely honest and does an excellent job. So many other companies take advantage of you, avoid headaches and give him a call. He has a great preventative maintenance plan!

    Dont waste your time with this company. Very unprofessional!

    After having them out to the job site twice, many back and forth conversations, all of which were respectful, and which took several days, they "forgot" to send the proposal for over a week. Then when i finally got it, at the very last minute, (they were scheduled to start the next morning) there was no price on it. I gave him a call and respectfully asked him to add my mother's name (its her house, I just help get bids for her)
    and add the price to the contract. This was a whole house install bid at $5000. He then got an attitude and told me to 'just write it on there' I said "no it all needs to be in writing'. He says ok, we will delay for one day while he revises the contract.

    So I get a call two days later and he tells me they decided to decline the job because he 'had a bad feeling'. Huge waste of my time.

    At this point respect is out the window. A heated conversation ensued, and now he's making weak attempts at threatening me. Threatened to report "my dishonesty" to city hall and the homeowners association, out of spite, because he assumes we didnt do everything by the book, which of course we did.

    AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

    He says he will post screenshots of our conversations in response to this negative review. If he doesnt, I will.
