Performed maintenance check on gas furnace and A/C unit. Stan did a great job of explaining the work to performed, was very professional, wore shoe protection inside the house, asked if we wanted him to wear a mask, and asked if we had any questions before he left. Very pleasant experience working with him and Air Comfort Service, whom we have been a customer for 28 years.

We have been customers of Air Comfort for over 25 years. They are consistently professional, knowledgeable, courteous, prompt, polite and conscientious from the office staff (like Amanda) to the on-the-ground technicians (like Tyler). We have never been disappointed with the service or products we have received.

We have used Air Comfort for years. Every technician we have worked with is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They clean up after themselves and explain everything they are doing. Very patient at answering questions. Office staff is also very friendly.

Tyler did an excellent job. He carefully explained everything he did and made a few good suggestions to me. He gets five stars from me. Good job young man!!

We have been a customer of Air Comfort at this location for over 30 years. We have always had them perform yearly maintenance and any repairs needed. They recently installed a new furnace and AC unit. They were on time and did a great job! They showed me how to use the new thermostat and were very patient going over the information. They also took me down to show me everything on the new furnace and answer any questions I had. The whole process from start to finish was made easy, and the gentlemen who were here to do the work were SO nice! I don't hesitate recommending them to anyone!!

Have been a client of ACS for 10 years. We are always extremely pleased with their service and all the techs are polite, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. Our last tech Tom M. Tom was friendly, courteous and very competent. He explained all issues thoroughly and to find out if I had any questions. Great service team.

We have been using Air Comfort Service since we moved into our house 5 years ago without any issues, so when they told us last week that we needed an all new HVAC system, we obliged. Process moved quickly and they were out the next day to install.

HOWEVER, Nick U and his crew performed unacceptable work. We had to make a service call 2 days later because the humidifier that came with the house wasn't working. It had needed to be moved during the new furnace install, but when Nick and his crew moved it, they had wired it incorrectly, did not check their work, and so another technician had to come over to fix the wiring issue.

Also, we had warm temperatures yesterday so we decided to use our brand new A/C. Once again, the A/C wasn't working; never kicked on. The house never cooled below 75 degrees and the only thing running was the fan for hours and hours. So I called this morning and a technician was sent over right away. Same scenario: Installers didn't check their work before leaving and there was a loose wire. Service tech had to correct that issue as well. Now I'm just wondering if a third service call will be made in the coming days to double check the work performed on the install of the furnace!

Again, highly disappointed in the quality of work on such a big project.

Andres, and Pete, with Air Comfort Service, were early for my appointment. They did a wonderful job, and Pete explained everything to my daughter. They were very professional, and installed our new Furnace, Humidifier, Air Cleaner, and Thermostat. I would recommend them, and Air Comfort Service. Thank you. Pat Moore
