I have been a customer of QAS for years and have never had less than stellar service. When I had my air conditioner and heating unit replaced, they were several thousand dollars less than the next closest bid. I have recommended Mike to numerous people and everyone has been happy with his service.

We are very satisfied with the service and quality of the job performed at our home. We had a new system put in and the A/C & Heating in our house is incredible now. We have an old house with an addition to the back end that had very poor venting. Mike spent an entire day in the crawl space upgrading out vents there and throughout the house to make our system more efficient all around. Not only is the job done very well but they leave your area cleaner than it was when they start the job. We would highly recommend Mike and Quality Appliance if you need a new system in your home.

We have used QAS several times - from small appliance repairs to most recently an entire new HVAC system. The service is always great and the prices are always reasonable. Would recommend them to anyone.

I have used quality appliance for 15+ years. I wouldn't use anyone else. Quality appliance QAS has stellar customer service, exceptional knowledge of appliances and unbeatable prices. I can call for appliance recommendations knowing they will tell me the truth. The service they provide is a winning combination. I recently had them install a new heating and cooling system. I couldn't be happier the service, instalation and price. This company is top notch and they are better than 5 stars.

Mike has been coming to my home and taking care of my appliances for about 10 years. I can not tell you how many times he has come to my rescue when the AC unexpectedly goes out, or the freezer stops working. He and Tina both go the extra mile and I appreciate them so much, for that and more. You won't go wrong calling QAS.

I have used this service company for many years and have always been satisfied with their work until now. I scheduled a service call for my icemaker on 3/21/17. The icemaker had been disconnected for a floor installation. The serviceman came out, pulled out the refrigeration and checked for leaks, turned on the water and left. Two days later I called and said the icemaker was not making ice. They were to send the serviceman back out the first call on Thursday morning. He did not show up nor did I receive a call. I called again on Sunday nite and left a message and advised I needed a call back as ice maker was not working. I did not receive a call back. I am out $80.00 for the service call and nothing was fixed! Today I called another service company to come out and fix my icemaker-SOMETHING I PAID QUALITY APPLIANCE TO DO AND WASN'T DONE!!!!
