Nick service technician took the time to explain what he was doing and to answer all my questions as he was performing test and checks. Nick made sure all my questions were answered and me sure I was satisfied with his work today. Nick invited back as my service tech again as needed

The young man who stopped at our house named Zack was great according to my wife since I was at work. She said very nice and explained everything. He answered all questions and completed job in timely manner. Overall very satisfied.

Called overnight when our a/c stopped. Told the person it could wait till 7am. Phone rang around 7:05 and said a tech would be out by noon. Showed up at 10am. Very quickly diagnosed and extremely professional/friendly tech fixed our issue quickly.

Showed up on a Sunday to get the AC going immediately so we could cool down the space for our toddler. Literally within 30 mins. So grateful!

Our HVAC system went out. I found VITT on Google search. I made the call and someone was there within the hour. He arrived and was absolutely a pleasure. He was quick and helped me understand everything including cost, which was very very reasonable. The only company I will use moving forward. Thank you!!!

Technician was on time, professional and very personable. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem, kept us updated on the status as the repairs were being made and worked to make sure the repairs were covered under warranty if possible. Highly recommend Vitt!

I was hoping I wouldn’t have to replace my air conditioner! Vitt checked it out and replaced a couple of parts and got the system running. They were very honest about not having to replace the entire unit, and I really appreciated that. There are a lot of companies out there that would have told me I had to replace it. It is gratifying to find honesty. I will stick with Vitt for exactly that reason!
