I've bought a few pieces of equipment from CSI over the past few years and couldn't be happier. Fair prices and great service too. I was looking to replace an ice maker that I thought was shot. I brought it to CSI for them to dispose of and order me a new one. Turns out CSI was able to repair it and save me the expense of a new one. I don't buy a lot of this type of equipment but the next time I need some I'll be calling them.
Knowledgeable, efficient, & their staff was easy to communicate with; they understood the urgency—Most recently, they made quick repairs to get my soft drink system back in operation before lunch.
CSI is very dependable and have very knowledgeable service techs. I couldn't ask for better support when it comes to service work, advice on equipment, kitchen design and trouble shooting.
Sad excuse for a service company, all techs are clueless and very under trained. If you are seeking service On your cooking/hvac equipment I highly suggest calling around and avoiding CSI at all costs.
The owner of the company(BRAT) was extremely rude, he cursed at me as a customer! I would never deal with this guy again If you're buying a used item from him(CSI in Chesterfield) make sure have him test it first.
This company discriminated Mexican restaurant they never did services on my business in they try to make me pay for something the they never touch I believe I should bad business specially when the owner is really poor costumer services lol
