They responded super fast, within a couple of hours. The part was replaced and they were finished quickly, even in the rain. My air is blowing cold! Their costs were very reasonable, especially compared to another business I had used previously. Definitely will use again.

They were very accommodating on a time to come in and replace 2 thermostats purchased from a big box store. After one of the two new thermostats failed, they had another option available on hand and ready to be installed. The job was completed in a relatively short time. The service was very professional and both gentlemen were friendly. Overall the a great company to do business with.

The technician Brock, responded immediately after I left a massage. Texted me to let me know he was on his way earlier than expected, a big plus. Courteous, knowledgeable and worked fast. I already recommended him to one of my neighbors and my insurance agent. Thanks Brock

Brock was really good!!! He came to my house last week and installed a brand new outside unit. I haven’t had any problems since and my house is cooling a lot better. I recommended someone to him today and will commend them to anyone who is having ac issues. They are the best!!!

We lost all AC the Thursday before the 4th of July and expected to be hot all weekend. After several recommendations, I called Robert's. He came out that afternoon, targeted the problem, and had us up and cool by noon the next day. They were efficient and professional. Replaced the outside unit but double checked the inside and said it looked good. Many companies would have conned us into a new inside unit also. I appreciate their honesty and quick service. I will definitely call them again if needed and in the meantime will absolutely recommend them to others.

Brock Roberts showed up quickly after receiving our call. Assessed our ac problem and within 20 minutes, problem fixed and we are back in the cool. I have used Robert AC since 2003 and I highly recommend them!

Brock came over and got me going. He did a great job putting up with my help and we can sleep with comfort tonight. This was not his first service call to my home, if I have additional issues they will be the first call I make.

Phenomenal service! I had an AC failure and called hoping they could get to me in a day or two, to my surprise they said they would see me the same day, and then showed up about an hour later. Two hours from the time I placed the call my AC was back to cooling the house! I could not have asked for more. I would definitely recommend!

Brock came out almost immediately within thirty minutes and fixed the problem for a reasonable price. Trustworthy people and very knowledgeable would recommend to anyone in the Jackson county area
