Sanders Gas, Air & Heat

Sanders has failed to honor their warranty work and equipment agreement. They reported all parts were under 10-year warranty and I have only had the unit three years. Now, they’re saying the part which needs replacing isn’t under warranty and will be over a thousand dollars to replace. Please be very careful who you count on for your daily living services. They are falling short in their compassion and loyalty to their customers. My family has had to go through these last four months of crazy winter without central heating. 🥴

I hate issuing businesses bad reviews, unfortunately Sanders Gas has earned this one . I reported having no gas about two weeks ago via voicemail on a Saturday and received gas that Same day (which was great) However, the tech only filled one tank, compared to both tanks. He informed me that he’d be back the following Friday to fill the next tank. Thursday came, I began to smell gas, so I reported it to the office and was informed “Friday is the day that the tech comes to your location”. I said ok was just reporting that I smelled it to do my part. Friday came .. no tech ... now on today ( the coldest day in recent AL/MS HISTORY Tuesday I RUN OUT OF GAS) I called in and was informed that no tech will be out to fill my tank, because the tech only comes in this direction on Friday.
Update: the tech will be coming out today !
What I learned today: it’s important to be a regular customer . Regular customers are considered as priority and could be serviced within 24-48 hours.
I recommend you guys give them a shot and see how your experience goes .

First of all I was quoted a price on a new 120 gal tank by Tina for $1, 123.00 and then got a call from Stan Ladd for a price on a refurbished propane tank for $1,000.00. I stated that Tina quoted that on a new one. He then stated that he couldn't talk anymore on that because she gave a price on the refurbished tanks that she wasn't suppose to. These people played with my time and energy with their lies. Something needs to be done about this descrimination.

Had an elusive problem with my Heat N Glo gas logs that was particularly difficult to identify. Management and repair staff were persistent and professional in solving the problem and making the repair. Very customer centric. Highly recommend

Repairman failed to provide his findings/report on unit

Sanders installed my latest Hvac system. Before installing they had done the preventive maintenance, during this service they found that not only was the air handler in very bad shape but the way the house was designed that changing some of the set up (where parts of my system were placed) would better control the humidity that had caused damage in the past. My family and I were very pleased.
