Do not use this company Liberty Home Guard sent ATJ to check my ac unit ATJ said it needed replaced he orded and installed a 4 ton ac unit where a 2 and half unit came out .It took them 2 days to figure out how to wire unit blew out a lot of fuses because ac wires up wrong.They scratched me wood floors up from dragging inside unit,He cut duct and air is still coming out of it .when I tried calling him he would not answer his phone This ac was installed July 26 2020 I paid 4256.00 and it still doesn't work . Liberty Home Guard sent another ac Technician an he said ATJ didn't know what he was doing and should not be in Business .and he should have never ordered and installed a oversized ac unit in the First place. Stay away from this company

ATJ AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING LLC is the worst. If I could give them zero stars, I would. DO NOT TRUST THIS LLC. My husband and I are highly disappointed. We got connected with ATJ through Choice Home Warranty (CHW) in July 2022. Our AC Unit was blowing cool air; it just wasn't as cold, so we wanted to get it serviced. On July 11th, he came out and supposedly sprayed freon then left within 10 minutes. He only came inside to get his fee. We paid him an $85 fee. Later that night, the house started to get warmer. On July 12th around 4:30 am, the temp had reached 76 degrees with the thermostat being set to 70. I reached back out to ATJ immediately that morning. I explained to him that it is too hot for patch work. We need the unit properly diagnosed and fixed immediately. He stated that he could come back out that same day around 3pm, which he did. He then said we had a "leaking valve" and he supposedly put more freon in. He told us to give it a few hours to cool down, but of course it never did. We left home for about 3 hours and came back to the inside temp being 82 degrees. I texted and called him that same night letting him know it's still not cooling. His reply verbatim was "You will have to call choice and asked for a new tech I have a lawsuit started against them today for breach of contract I won't be working with them no more". I was shocked by his response. How could you start a job and not finish the work? Honestly, he made our situation 100 times worse. He destroyed our unit to where it won't even blow the cool air it once did and just dipped out. Now we are stuck with a broken AC unit in the hottest season of the year, summertime. I would not recommend his services even if I was paid to.
