As a lot of people know it’s hard to find a good ax service company you can trust. I Signed up for the monthly plan and will be a customer for life.

Wish I could give 10 stars...these guys work as a team and recently replaced a 21 year old unit for us. Terry, Jr. explained our options after the initial service call and what we could expect from our new unit upon installation. The installation was performed timely and the guys were professional and exhibited a steady work ethic. We appreciate Channell's service for our heating and cooling needs through the years!

Brad and Tyreik did an excellent job installing our Ac unit at The Motleys Resident. They were very professional and nice and respectful and represented the company very well. They explained everything about the unit as well and I was very pleased.

Had another company out to work on my ac and they left me in a worse situation than the original problem.
I called Channel and they came out the very next day Dillon, Jordan, Levi, and Brad The problem was solved promptly! They were very professional and were very knowledgeable. Not like the Mickey Mouse company I had dealt with previously. . I highly recommend Channel!!!

We have been using Channell A/C and heating for more than 25 years. Would never consider using anyone else. We just had all our ducts replaced in the attic, and the 3 young men did a terrific job. They started at 9:30 this morning and finished at 2:30 this afternoon. Brad Kelly, Brad Watson and Dillon Hynum are the best of the best. They cleaned up everything, and swept the floors. Way to go Channell family, keep up the good work.

Terry came and fixed the air conditioner. Something had to be replaced.
