We noticed our heater was all of a sudden not heating properly in the middle of the night. That morning we decided to contact someone right away. I would usually contact my home warranty for heating/cooling issues, but decided to go online to find a service. I saw the reviews for this company and decided to give them a try. I am 100% pleased!!! I called shortly after 8am and the owner Brad answered. He was very polite and professional with most cheerful tone and attitude. He explained someone could be out at my home around 9:30am! The technician (Jantzen Robertson) arrived promptly. He was EXTREMELY professional and efficient. He had our issue completed in less than 1 hour. He also mentioned other services they offer and gave us the option to receive a reminder in the spring. I can’t rave enough about how absolutely pleased I am with their service!!! Please believe the reviews they are the absolute truth!!!!!

I have been relying on Airco for several years now. They come out and maintain the AC unit. Will be using them for heating unit as well. Do yourself a favor...call them to maintain your units. It’s a lot better than forking out SEVERAL thousand dollars to get a new unit because you didn’t have the existing one maintained. It’s right up there with getting your oil changed in a timely manner.

Today had my day start with our elderly AC unit going dead on what was supposed to be the hottest day of the year. Called a couple places I found online that mentioned they would try to fit me in the schedule. Came across AirCo and noticed they had the ability to book online. While I was talking with one team about if they might fit me in, I was able to find out from the AirCo online booking no only that there was a 3-5pm slot available that day, but also what the basic "No AC Diagnostics Service Call" would cost. Once I scheduled the appt time, the online booking system took over and notified all involved.

Brad showed up right at 3pm (I'd have taken earlier, but...) and went right to work. He quickly ascertained that the small dead rat snake fried over two power contacts of the outside unit was likely not the cause of the AC outage. Up in the attic, Brad was able to quickly narrow the problem down. I'm sure the 115 degree temp in the attic wasn't any motivation, but he had the problem figured out in about 1/2 hour to a bad transformer, and the AC running not too long after that.

The cost of the service call and part were very reasonable, and he also provided some great insight and advise. I would definitely recommend AirCo and Brad Bailey to anyone in need of AC work.

My 17 yr old AC finally died. I scheduled an appointment with Brad online. He showed up on time. Is polite and very professional. He worked with me to get the best AC at an affordable price. Installed the new system fast and efficiently. I can not think of a single negative thing about the entire process. I will use him for any future cooling or heating needs.

A/C went out at 1:00 am. Searched for A/C repair and bases on reviews, selected AirCo. I was able to schedule an appointment online immediately. Received a confirmation through text and email. Received a call from
Brad first thing this morning and informed me that he could actually be there sooner than expected. He arrived, diagnosed and repaired the A/C issue. I received a text with the work that was done and was able to pay from the text. Extremely easy and convenient to work with. Highly recommend!

Excellent service, quick scheduling for install, options customized for your budget and needs, GREAT customer service, extensive knowledge of AC systems, clean and quick install, EASY to work with, great deals. The guys at AirCo are great people and will work with you to get the system install or maintenence you need.

Airco went out of their way to get me a great deal and a new top of the line system installed in less than a week and were easy to work with during install. Good people.

We first meet Brad Bailey with AirCo in January 2018. We had a heating issue. He was able to come out the next morning on a weekend and in a couple of days, we were up and running again.
I had to contact Brad again late Saturday night. He showed up here first thing Sunday morning. This time it was for an air conditioning problem. Unfortunately the unit had to be replaced. Because Monday was a holiday he was unable to fix the issue but, had assist us in order to stay uncomfortable from the heat until Tuesday morning when he could install the new unit. The new unit is in place and working perfectly. Brad took the time to explain the best way to care for the new unit. Gave me a few tips about temperature settings as well.
Financing is available and he looked for the best deal for the money we had to spend.
I was impressed the first time we called Brad at AirCo and the second time we had to call, his service was just as great if not better than the first service call.
He is very professional, keep me informed on his progress. On time, and didn’t leave a mess for me to clean up.
I strongly recommend Brad Bailey and AirCo for your heating and cooling needs!

Brad is a great guy making Airco a great company!! He replaced my 20 year old unit so quickly and got me cool again. He is so nice, dependable and knowledgeable. I would recommend him all day long and actually have. Thanks Brad.
