Had both the air conditioner and furnace replaced in the attic. The crew that came out to both remove and replace the units were very experienced and a personable crew. The communication on what they were doing and why were they were doing it were valuable. I would highly recommend this company. The follow up from the office was noted and adds to this experience. Received reminder post card and immediately called to schedule furnace tune-up - I have a maintenance agreement. The appointment was scheduled right away. Peter called to let me know he was on the way and also received text with his picture and information. The tune-up was handled in detail followed up with an emailed report. Given my limited knowledge
I contacted Millennium based on the great reviews I saw online. I scheduled an appointment for sometime between 8-10a. When no one had contacted me by 10, I called and asked if I could get an update. They said to call back in 30 minutes if I hadn’t heard anything. It’s 11 and I call back after not hearing anything. The person who answered said they’d contact the manager who would then reach out to me. Then it’s 1pm. Haven’t heard anything from the manager. We cancelled because they just couldn’t communicate well.
I get that things come up and can get hectic, but please communicate what’s happening. Don’t just leave your customers in the dark. Honestly, I’m really disappointed in this business. My time is valuable to me.

Not only was the installation carried out very well, if we ever get an problems they are always happy to help. They service our machines yearly and I would highly recommend them.
