Summit Heating & Air Conditioning

Great service. Air stopped working yesterday evening (95 degree day). Called Josh at 6:50 PM, left message. He called back at 6:57. Seven minutes later. Said he could come by tomorrow between 9 & 11. He showed up at 9:50. Replaced a failed capacitor and we are back in the cooling air. How great is that. Service, service, service. He also installed a furnace for me 11 years ago that is working great. Call him, you won't regret it. I see nothing but 5 star ratings for him. I asked him if he has that many relatives but I know from my experience his service is exceptional.

A few weeks ago, our AC gave out. It was a Sunday, so I spent a little time researching who to call on Monday morning. Summit Heating & Air, and Josh specifically, was highly recommended on Next Door. I looked the company up on Google, and there were nothing but 5 star reviews. I also looked the company up on Facebook, and again, nothing but 5 star reviews. Well, now I know why. Josh loves what he does, and it shows. Josh at Summit Heating was fantastic! We found him online and he came right out to give us an estimate on a new furnace. It only took him 15 minutes. The great thing about Summit is they don't give you a price, then start deducting specials and discounts, Josh gave us one price and only that price at the very beginning. It was a great price and we decided to go with Josh because he was so honest, upfront and friendly, without the gimicks from the beginning.
I emailed Josh the next day to set up an appoinment. The 8 hour job that other companies quoted us on (we had estimates from 4 other companies) took Josh only 5 hours.
We would recommend him with 5 stars to everyone and we only wish we would have found him sooner so he could have installed our new A/C as well last year.

Wow! Owner Josh Mahoney is responsive, skilled at his job, and extremely knowledgeable. My house has both a furnace AND a boiler (several additions by previous owners) and the kids and I woke up to a 55 degree house in early December. Even the dog was shivering. I contacted Josh and he was there within a few hours. He discovered the problem right away, completed several bits of necessary and overdo radiator maintenance, gave us a temporary fix so we were comfortable and promised to return the next day to solve the problem. My 30 year old furnace needs a new motor, and instead of up selling me to replace the furnace, Josh found me an appropriate motor at a great price.

I am so glad I can rely on Summit Heating & Air to provide great service, at fair prices. I recommend this company to anyone and everyone.

*I’m a newly single mom, and I sometimes feel that because I have no experience with home maintenance that I will be upsold a Galafrasian Dereulator when I only need a Flex capacitor. *

We have been using Josh for over 8 years. He does an outstanding job with install, answering questions and competitive pricing. He has been able to squeeze us in for last minute appointments and instruct troubleshooting. His customer service is knowledgeable, kind and considerate with a sense of humor. We were caught in a bind, our heater went out on the coldest day of the year. We called and Josh was quick to come over assess the problem and fix it. He was professional, courteous and friendly. He offered us peace of mind in a very stressful situation. We recommend him to all our friends and family.

Called up Summit because the Furnace wasn't firing on. They arrived and I found out it was my own stupid mistake. They didn't charge me anything for the trip out to my house and gave me a quote on a new system. I will definitely be considering them when the furnace needs to be replaced.

Josh is always so helpful and honest. I have relied on him more than once and he has never let me down. He goes above and beyond, too, by letting you know about something else that may need looking at. Plus he'll totally be flexible to accommodate my tough schedule. I wish I could give him more than five stars.

Josh from Summit Heating installed a humidifier in our new home. He was quick and thorough, explaining everything he did and how to run it. Great customer service!

Had Summit come out to do an estimate on a new furnace. Never heard back. Called and left a message….nothing.
