ASP did an initial look at my mom's water line issue on a Tuesday. A quote was to be forthcoming that day or the next. As of Saturday, after daily calls, we were still waiting for a response. She is an 85 year old woman and has not had water since then. I would not recommend them for any plumbing service.

We continue to be impressed by the quality products and professionalism of Summit Mechanical! We first contacted Summit on a sub-zero New Year's Eve to check on a possible carbon monoxide detector malfunction. They came right away, and the charge was minimal--even on a holiday! We recently moved to Duluth and our new home did not have any air conditioning. We went through ASP to install a mini split. RJ was the rep we worked with and he was top notch. Explained options thoroughly, gave recommendations, yet not pushy. Service was very timely. As can be the case with any home updates, we did hit a “snag” but those we worked with at ASP, and a special shout-out to RJ, got things taken care of, and was very professional. It is easy to give good reviews when all goes according to plan, but true character is shown and proven through challenges. I give ASP and RJ my highest recommendation as they have proven themselves with solid service, great product, and putting the customer first. On top of that - so nice to be comfortable in the house due to the new mini split with air conditioning and heat pump! Wade Mathers

ASP was professional and timely! We had our furnace and central air replaced. They performed quality work. They left our furnace room absolutely spotless after the install, they worked so quietly we hardly knew they were there! The process was so easy, RJ came to give us an estimate and reviewed the products. He was very knowledgeable and professional. We were able to schedule the install quickly. Matt performed the install and was fantastic!!

Casey and Cam were diligent, detailed, quick and clean. Explained everything thoroughly and had water boiler tuned up, running perfectly and patched a pipe in a timely manner. Good to go for winter. Thank you!!!

Conner was great. He diagnosed the issue quickly. Unfortunately, his findings will lead us to purchase a new AC unit. He also was very helpful in providing us with a few different options to look at. Overall I was very pleased with Conner.

Ralph and Daniel did an amazing job! Very informative and had all the equipment and parts to get the job done quickly. So glad to have ASP to call when we have a boiler issue!

This is the second time I have used Summit/ASP services and would highly recommend them for any heating and plumbing needs.
Leland Carlson was professional and knowledgeable when replacing my laundry room faucet and handles and completed the job in about a half hour! Because ASP installed my new furnace last year, Leland inquired on my satisfaction with its performance and how everything was working. He reassured me ASP was also available to assist me when it was time to replace my aging hot water heater and with drain maintenance! Great attention to details and customer service!
