Our air went out and Griffith Heating & Cooling was willing to get to us as quickly as they could.The estimator who came to our home was able to give us plenty of options and worked with us until we had the best option for our home. Our unit was installed the next day and its very quiet and efficient.
Had an appointment for an AC tune up and the technician never showed up. Took work off to be at home and never got a phone call or any explanation. When I called there was no explanation. They just said sorry and would you like to reschedule. Having a “service plan membership” seems to have very little benefit. Steer clear of this company!
My 25 year old furnace decided to die December 24th. The technician arrived and both explain and show us why it died. He then contacted his boss and got us 4 quotes of different furnaces explaining them all. The company provided us with a heater to keep us warm, and the owner came out to do all the measuring and give us the breakdown for the zoning. We got a new furnace and the house zone for a very good price.
If I could give them zero I would. They have TERRIBLE customer service. I called at ~11am to schedule a same day appt (12-3pm timeframe), which I thought was awesome. Although they were double the price as known companies that were two weeks out for service. Called at 3pm when no one had called yet, no big deal. They saw my order and said they’d have someone call me by 3:30. Gave it a couple hours and called back and the customer service agent told me my work order was canceled at 11:45 and I need to reschedule??!!!???!! What in the world is that??? She said that agents aren’t supposed to tell us a timeframe even though I was told three times (one pre call before I booked) that someone would be out today. How was it cancelled before noon when I spoke to someone at 3:30pm?? I will never work with this company again and make sure anyone I know doesn’t either.
