Ty was a professional to completion. His response was fast and diagnosis was accurate. There was no over charge or hidden costs…I would definitely use him again…he braved the storm to complete a job and couldn’t leave until the ac repair met his satisfaction. Knows his business and makes sure everything is done right. It is about 6 month after the installation so far, and everything works good. Ty installed a new A-coil on my furnace and AC unit outside. Called him along with 4 or 5 other HVAC contractors here in MN. He was the first to return my call. Only one other contractor returned my call. He has a no pressure approach to bidding projects. I kept my 15 year old furnace and just did the AC no problem. He said he'd show up Monday and did on-time. His prices can't be beat as he was about 40% less than the only other bid I received for our AC installation. Took him from 11am to 3pm to install the AC. No mess left behind, very professional! Would recommend to anyone needing HVAC work and you care about how much $$$ your spending.
