AC went out today, on one of the hottest days so far this summer. Contacted Town & Country of Hawley; got here within a very short time and fixed the problem! Very professional and excellent service!!

Jim's crew was efficient and replaced our old system in one day. We enjoy the quiet efficiency of the new system. You can barely hear it turn on and the heat pump outside is so quiet you wouldn't know it's running unless you go close to it.

Jim is a pleasure to work with, very personable and cares about getting you quality for a decent price. Town & Country replaced our A/C unit quickly and correctly. The team that showed up to do the work was on time, professional and clean. They did an excellent job and Jim even stopped by to see how things were going.
