Reasonable pricing and fantastic service. John was prompt, knowledgeable and professional. We received service the same day we called. We needed a new capacitor and hard start, he had the parts in his truck and had our unit back up and running in a matter of minutes. We couldn’t be more pleased.

Kevin and his crew do all my furnace an a/c repairs. Prompt, courteous, clean and affordable. They treat their Bryant customers very well and the equipment has never failed. They stress regular seasonal maintenance and it works for me.

Straight forward service. Told them what was going on with the furnace at our farm and he brought any parts that may be the culprit to save on trips since we were a fair distance from Fergus. Tested a few parts that he even had replacements for on hand but said they were performing in spec and didn't need replacement. Ended up just being a blown capacitor (originally from the early 90s the sticker said) and they had it back up and running fast! Not bad!

Had them quote a new motor site unseen, based on the brand. They said about 200.00 a 250.00. Gave them the go ahead. They came over, spent several hours and several trips back to the shop. Said I had the wrong capacitor for the motor they were putting in, so I needed a new one. To me that is like changing the engine in your truck... because the mechanic didn't have the correct spark plugs. At any rate, bill ended up over 400.00. So I tried to negotiate to our quoted rate.. no chance. Ended up paying full price and hired different company to put the furnace in our new house. They made an extra 250.00 off of me, but lost a 9,000.00 job on our new house because of it. I would spend two years at a vocational school learning HVAC.... before I ever called them again.

our furnace stopped working so I had my son call to see if they had a part, He was yelled at, and told we owe over $300, but they could not say for what, said it was owed since 2006, and that if we need to know for what We have to wait over the weekend without heat, I'm more than willing to pay my bills, but you do need to at least let me know I owe you money and for what! I'd still be glad to do business locally but it needs to be addressed in a civil manner!

Heater was out and we called John's Heating and Air Conditioning. They were out to our house within an hour and had it fixed within an hour of arriving. The technician was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Thank you for your quick response!
