After installation of new furnace, it subsequently quit working properly three months later. I had them back a few times and finally they said there was nothing they could do. I had to hire an HVAC company on my cost to fix it properly. It is now working properly.,

Garno Brothers installed an Amana heating and air conditioning system in my new home in 1994, I just replaced it 2 years ago. A couple gas igniters and the drip pan for the ac rusted out other than that no problems. I was pleased with the product and the workmanship for 26 years.

We had this company come out to fix our furnace because our usual company could not. We paid $95 for maybe five minutes of his time. His repair didn’t even last a week. Our usual company came out and actually serviced it. It was cheaper than the $95 I paid this company. There was a clear problem and the new tech found it immediately and explained it clearly. I will NEVER use this company again. I wouldn’t recommend them to a homeless person living in a box. On top of all of that, it was very rude service. Please save yourself the money and trouble and find a different company. Even if you’re desperate, keep calling and searching around. You do not want this company in your home or give them your money for absolutely nothing.

I was referred to Garno Brothers and am very thankful I was. Andy Garner came to my house and discussed my needs for a new furnace, explaining the new technology of energy efficient furnaces, as well as the current Consumer's Energy rebates available. On installation day, they sent a two-man team who had worked together for 20 years and it showed. They were polite, efficient, clean, and conscientious. In just half a day, our new furnace was installed, the old one was taken away, and our basement was as clean as ever. Top notch professionalism across the board. I am very happy we went with Garno Brothers Heating & Cooling and you will be too! Seriously... give them a call, you will be happy you did!

I had to hire another company to fix all their mistakes. Do not use Garno/JLK, they do not have the skill set for custom installs. They overcharged me for a furnace and their sheet metal work is awful. Most of their work did not pass code inspection.

I call they tell me between 1 and 2 so i wait 210 come i callto seewhats going on they tell me we will have to come tomorrow at 8 well its 830 no one i just csllled someone else just bad service i only gave a 2 because they did answer the phone.
