Not knowing much about what ac fan motor I needed, I let the staff know the model # and serial number and they did the rest! After I left, they let me know I could call them with any help with getting it installed. Now my ac is back up and running!

I can’t say enough good about my experience here. As a woman lacking in heating and cooling knowledge I felt valued and respected as a customer. They ran a check on my capacitor and told me it was still good so I didn’t need to replace it. They were very helpful with advice and incredibly kind. I would recommend this business to everyone I know in need of heating and cooling parts and great customer service!

My air conditioner wasn’t running and do it yourself guides on the internet suggested replacing the capacitor. The staff tested my capacitor and suggested instead to replace the fuses. It worked! The advice saved me at least $40-50 in parts and having to call someone to service my air conditioner. Thank you!

BEWARE OF THESE GUYS. IT IS A BAD PLACE. I paid my account at the counter. They said. I never paid and put my account to c.o.d. . I cut them a new check which was a mistake . They cashed both checks and refuse to give me a credit . I am out about $250. I am reporting them for theft . They are the worst around on price . They are ripoffs .

These folks are stuck in some kind of bureaucratic hell. I was looking for a part for a York furnace. I called a few local contractors and one recommended Calverley Supplies. I contacted them and they would not sell the part to me without permission of the referring contractor. Very neighborly. Sorry but if I need an unknown third party's permission to buy from Calverley I don't even want to deal with them. I hope you feel the same.

The most helpful people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. If you are a homeowner or a contractor they seem happy to help you with your purchase or questions about what you should purchase.

Not Friendly to the General Public on Pricing or Service. I had my wife buy a heater element for my electrical water heater. They charged me $67 and would not process my warranty claim. I went out and bought the same part at a different supplier for $20 and they processed my warranty claim for the $20. So, Calverley cost $67 for a $20 part, and they treated my wife with little respect!
I fly all over North America engineering and managing the installation large automation . If a vendor disrespects a small customer... YOU NEED to COUNT your finger before you shake their hand!
I would NEVER recommend these guys to anyone!

Have purchased parts for HVAC repairs from Calverley anytime I needed something literally for decades. A lot of other supply houses won't sell to the public for whatever reason. Had a common, generic part go out on my home AC during a hot and humid streak...called Calverley, they had a replacement in stock, I asked and was told 10 or 11 bucks (which I happened to know was market price from experience already). Sent my girlfriend across town to purchase it immediately...she comes back an hour and a half later with the part and a cash receipt for $35.10 (plus tax). Not only did they gouge on the price WAY above ordinary but it is a Chinese replacement.
Of course with the temperature in the house climbing and the clock approaching closing time for most other supply houses I installed the part and tried not to fume about being jerked around...at least we had cold air blowing again!
I waited a day to collect my thoughts, ordered a US made replacement from a supply house with a webstore for 20 dollars including shipping and tax and wrote this review. Calverley can have one star for the temporary use of the part, I plan on replacing it with the US part I ordered and putting the triple plus priced Chinese part on my shelf of shame to remind me to never again shop here and tell the story to anyone that asks.
