They came out the same day I booked the appt thru Sears even though they were on the far opposite side of town and it was already night when they arrived. In less than an hour they had the heat on again and told me why it wasnt working and what to do next.
Allen was nice on the phone and IRL

Worlds funniest company, they are great funny, keep u laughing and also get your stuff fixed for a very cheap price I would call them anytime of they day and they show up. 5 stars

Whoever the other guys that wrote a bed review, you have the WRONG guys!!! Not only won't they collect money until the end, they are honest, care about quality, not overcharging customers, and truly CARE!!!
