They will not even look at our unit unless they installed it, they have poor customer service skill and are rude. I actually had called them in the past when I lived at another location and had a bad experience with their customer service skills on the phone, but thought I would give them another chance since it had been over 20 years. No such luck, they wouldn’t come out to look at that one either and in the end the company who did look at it, changed one part that he actually had on his truck. I would never recommend this company for any service.
Very good place to find pipe parts or just need your furnace or A/C serviced for the year these people are professional and will fix whatever problem you have very nice people
I've got a 42 year old Bryant furnace. Eric, one of their employees, fixed it by removing the electric pilot, installing a manual pilot, which also required a new gas valve. Reengineering that worked. I was impressed.
I have used them for over 20 years and they have always done a top notch job. Highly recommend !!! They do what they say and our priced fairly. Thank you Ken and Dave and all the great people that work there.
I unfortunately have had multiple problems with my furnace and always on the coldest days of winter. They always find time to make it out and take care of the issue that day or the next morning ( they have offered to come and fix after hours if needed ). Burns has always been fair on price and I have had great service. I have repaired my furnace myself and have bought parts from Burns, and again the prices are more than fair compared to other companies.
Awesome job complete tear out of 1955 ducts and 60+ years dust, cob webs and who knows what. Done in 2 days excellent workmanship and Dave and Dave were awesome. Highly recommend and appreciated.
Ken came out and diagnosed the problem with my furnace in five minutes, ordered the part, and was back to replace it as soon as he got the part. He also fixed my boiler and helped me install a new smart thermostat and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. Great guy and showed me, a new first time homeowner, how to maintain my HVAC equipment. Absolutely would recommend Burns for your HVAC needs!
I'm not sure what is worse, their customer service or communication skills. I called on a Thursday to have someone come look at our furnace as the pilot light wouldn't stay lit and I was very clear that no one would be home unless they called ahead of time and told me when they were coming. When I got home there was a business card in the door as they just showed up and no one was home. I called the next day and explained what happened and made sure to clarify that no one would be home unless they called ahead of time. I received a voicemail stating, "You may want to call another company because I don't have time to chase customers around." So after showing up twice after I explained that no one would be home unless they notified me ahead of time they had the nerve to leave me a rude voicemail suggesting I take my business elsewhere. I did exactly that and Staley's came out 1 1/2 hours after I called on a Saturday and fixed the problem in 20 minutes.
Similar experience to 2-3 of the other reviewers. The owner showed up without arranging a day/time, or he showed up on the wrong day/time. Possibly a miscommunication. Now they won’t come and look at the job, owner is a diva, a baby. Not the only Carrier stockists in the county,
