I wasn't sure if I needed a new central a/c unit or not but Mark guided me on the best solution as to fix or replace. He gave me options for both, at the the end of the day we decided a new unit was worth the investment. Mark came in at the best price, installed it on less than one day. He dealt with the manufacturer and got us a replacement cover as it was damaged from shipping as well. Lastly he helped us register it for the warranty.
