Slasor Heating & Cooling

My residential boiler went out yesterday and Slasor was able to make it out in the same day. They had the items needed to get it up and running in stock and were able to get it back up in a couple hours. Jim the service tech was very knowledgeable and friendly, he even took the time to speak with me about the concerns I had with having a water heating system in my home. Best of all the repair did not break my bank account. I will definitely call them for future service.

Humidifier. I have reach out to other companies and nobody would take the job of adding a humidifier to my new furnace. Jim from this company was in contact with me right away. He left my house and came up with a plan and executed it. I sent photos to someone I know that lives out of state. He is in the same industry and was impressed with his creative way to come up with a humidifier that would work for me in my space. They charged a fair price and very professional. Very quick to help also. I could have had it done that day but I had company in from out of town. But the next week the job was done! Will use them again. Nice to have a heating and cooling company I feel comfortable using.

We called Craig on Christmas eve and he was awesome. We weren’t even existing customers and called for the very first time. Our furnace wasn’t heating beyond 68 and we called to see if something was wrong about it and if someone could come over. He explained what might be happening and gave us instructions to replace the filter and assured as long as the furnace is maintaining a temperature in this extremely cold weather, we are in good shape. He saved us few hundred bucks. Thank you Craig! We will be coming back to your business for any HVAC needs hereafter.

Slasor always does a good job. We had a problem with our furnace over the weekend and they sent someone out first thing Monday morning to take care of it. These guys are honest and they take care of the customer.

Such a great experience. I had a failure with my furnace. Craig came out within an hour of my phone call. Had the best set of options and best prices of all of the companies that gave me estimates. They installed my furnace, air conditioner.and a new hot water tank. Couldn't be happier.

This company installed a complete mechanical system in my in-laws home, and they couldn't have been more professional. Everything was done timely and completely, and they went above and beyond on a subsequent service call. I would recommend them to anyone who needs heating, A/C, or a water heater as they were a pleasure to work with.

Craig and his team did a wonderful job repairing my furnace. We had a repair that needed to be done as soon as possible for a real estate transaction. Craig had his technician out the very next morning and had him back out in the afternoon to install the replacement part. Craig even called me in between to better explain the results and what the next steps were. I would highly recommend Slasor to anyone and will personally keep them in mind for the next repair.

Very unorganized office staff. Took days for a return call back to me. They finally set up a time to come to our house and they were a no show. It took three phone calls from me to find out that they scheduled it for the wrong day. I wanted to let the owner know about the issues but the business partner told me "Not to bother calling Jim. I am his business partner and this should be good enough". I had a different company come out the same day and fix our problem. I am glad to be working with a much more professional company than Slasor.

I can’t praise this company enough. Years ago, I used them to replace my central air. Not only did they point out something that the company that had installed my furnace did wrong, they corrected it at no charge. Cut to nearly 10 years later, and the blower motor on the furnace craps out. Slasor to the rescue! They sent a tech out the same day I called. Larry didn’t just walk in and go straight to the most expensive thing, he checked other, cheaper things first, just to be sure. It was the motor, and they went to great lengths to get one. He also pointed out something about my A/C unit I wasn’t aware of, and took care of it free of charge, saving me more money and headache. He was out the next morning first thing, and it was replaced within an hour. This is the kind of exemplary service, professionalism, and integrity that you can only hope to find in a company. This is the only company I will ever call for any kind of heating and cooling work, whether it be service, install, or maintain ends. Thank you Slasor, and Larry!
