Called Tuesday morning for a problem with my heat. My call was picked up right away and a plan was made to come out and take a look. Paul came out and got my heat functioning again that same day and gave me some pointers for getting the most life out of an older system.

Hill Heating & Cooling do an excellent job. We had our furnace quit working on a Sunday and his first question was did we have an alternate way to heat or a place to go. We did and said we were fine until Monday. He called and came out first thing in the morning, he was kind, professional and polite. We will continue to use Hill and recommend them to anyone else. Thank You Hill Heating & Cooling for taking great care of us.

On New Year's Day we ran into an issue with our furnace after we returned from being away for a few days. I knew it being the holiday that we would likely not get anyone out to help, but after calling a couple of local heating and cooling companies who were swamped due to the cold or would not come out, I decided to call our installer - Paul from Hill Heating and Cooling. First, he walked us through a few things to try. After that, our furnace started up and continued running all week. Paul came out today to check everything over so we would not get caught without heat in the cold weather. I found this company to be responsive and very helpful. They also installed our furnace and did a terrific job. I would highly recommend Hill Heating and Cooling!

They were on time. They were very knowledgeable, professional, personable and very kind. They came in started work right way and finished the job faster than what we expected. We would recommend this company to anyone. Thank you so much Mike, Chris and Paul for everything.

They came out quickly and were great. Just definitely way overpriced from what I've looked at around town. Going to go with someone else in the future.

Called 3 times and never got someone to pick up. Can't comment to their prices or quality of work because they don't answer the telephone, very disappointed.
